One of my funniest Tumblr moments was coming across this transmasc transmed making literally every bad exclusionist argument (e.g. "bi/pan lesbians aren't real", "queer is a slur", "you need dysphoria to be trans", etc), looking at their blog, and they're just flipping their shit over the pregnant man emoji. They're all like "how dare you remind trans men what they're dysphoric of??? 😡😡😡"

Back in 2018, when I was young and naive enough to watch Solar Sands (yeah... 🤢), I was watching an livestream archive on his second channel (something on the topic of him being drawn as a pear), and it began with showing his DeviantArt page, with one of his blog messages (whatever the fuck you call them) saying "I hate [racial slur]s".

I least, I remember it as his DeviantArt page*.

Wrote him off as a cunt right there.

Also, this information doesn't show up in any wikis, or other YouTube videos??

As much as I like mlp, I can't help but feel like the higher-ups who actually worked on the show are a bunch of problematic cunts.

I can write an entire essay on how the show has been both implicitly and explicitly racist. And it goes deeper than just Zecora, some of the Pillars of Equestria, or even the Buffalo. The ponies are coded in a way to fit white standards of being "civilized", while other species are often portrayed as being backwards or barbaric. Hell, the entire School of Friendship is basically looking at the other species and going "your ways of life are uncivilized and barbaric; let us impose our ways onto you, to save you". I could go on.

It's no wonder why it would alienate people and only amplify white voices. It's in the very foundations of the worldbuilding.

So, it looks like that one artist who did the MLP comics drew Twilight Sparkle as a Nazi

Rainbow Dash is silly, because she makes herself out to be the most tough and badass of the group, she's averted to cute things or being seen as cute, but some of her screencaps are like:

I bet I can ruin* the Infection AU by making it wholesome.

Like, keep the body horror and shit, but have it so no one dies. Have it be so the Infection only distorts the body, and makes it look horrifying, just so everyone would be too scared to try and treat it. Plus it would deliberately put the infected in question into this extreme panic, where they're convinced that they've become uncontrollable, flesh-eating monsters.

One of the main characters, however, finds out that the Infection doesn't turn ponies into flesh-eating monsters, and it just makes it seem like that to scare other ponies away.

So, then, the infected get proven to be safe, and they all get cured.

So, kinda like this drawing I made, where it was originally supposed to be a two-panel joke emphasizing an ironic reaction to a horrifying sight, before I kept building upon it, making it wholesome (not mlp-related; just wanted to share it) 👇
