And I know most people think gold or red or smth but it just feels right. And I don't mean it in a dull and boring way, I mean warm sepias and rusts. Rich browns and deep oranges. They're warm and timeless and secretive and their energy is deep and homely. They're nighttime meetings and sitting in the abandoned corridors of an ancient castle in silence admiring the stars. They're a shitty apartment in urban France lit by the streetlights and moon. This is what I mean:

The whole time I was reading choices while it was updating I saw it through this colour grading and I still read fics with this colouring in mind pretty often
