No but I was talking to my brother who only watches series and movies of dc (I only read comics) and I mentioned Donna and the conversation was like:

"...Wonder girl? The one with black hair?"

"Ohh, that obscure dc charater"

"????"

He had to explain to me that she doesn't really appear on other media :(

I love the posts that are like "Well this is very clearly the canon but y'all are So Desperate to ignore canon and warp it to whatever fantasy you have for these characters." Like yeah. That's what fandom is. That's what most fan-fiction is built around. The DC fandom specifically is basically built on picking and choosing which comics you personally feel in your heart are canon. That's the fun of it. "Y'all love to ignore some things just to make your character dynamics work." Yes. Yeah that's the point. Correct.

It's really fucked up when you treat characters like people and people like characters.

y’know for me it straight up doesn’t even occur to me to unfollow someone when they stop posting whatever it is i followed them for. unless the thing they’re posting about now is somehow actually actively upsetting to me i just accept it as a part of my life now. i’ll just scroll past it like i’m driving a car and dodging an obstacle on the road. and that part of the road is my daily commute and the thing stays on the road forever and i swerve around it every day for months instead of ever taking the initiative to get it removed. it just adds flavor i guess
