Not These Two Posts Back To Back 😭

The white lead left Law with scars. Patches of skin that never repigmented. Streaks of white in his hair. Even though he's not sick anymore, he'll still get looks sometimes. And for a long time he hid. Wore long sleeved shirts to cover his arms and chest, pulled his hat down as far as he could to hide as much of his hair and face as possible.

And at some point something angry and far too fragile in him shifted.

It wasn't his fault. It wasn't his complacency that let his home die. Let everybody else see it. Let them be uncomfortable. Let them see that he's survived.

So he goes around with his shirt open. Shows off all the scars. Tries not to be so afraid of taking off his hat and showing his face.

Except it still feels like shame. He still doesn't like it.

And then there's Luffy. Luffy who has no boundaries and endless curiosity. Luffy who stares at his scars out of something other than fear. Luffy who has no issues with grabbing his arms and tracing his fingers over the white patches. Pushing his hat back to see his face and tug on the streaks in his hair.

Luffy who unlocks what he looks like when he's most free and looks at Law. Tugs on his own black-hair-turned-white. And tells him 'Torao! Look! We match!'

🆕 changing.

I propose a silly idea for the male marines..

They wear "flowy" garments underneath their uniforms to allow more flow/movement (traditional Japanese underwear (or trunks/speedos), thongs)

And for the women,

They wear these extremely strong sports bras 😭 the storage room alone has a pile of spare padding from the lost padding on laundry days (which is what i was building up to)

Just imagine younger Dragon trying to find a spare wooden sword for training and accidentally stumbling upon that mess

"Of course I never needed those!! I'm naturally gifted in the boob department!"

Garp is seizing every chance to be an embarrassment to his teen son.

(I didn't know where to go with this X'DD How did you imagine Dragon to react to a storage full of bra padding?)
