I keep thinking about this jmart exchange and how like... of course Jon would know the way out of the Lonely. He's been experiencing such alienation, such loneliness all throughout his life and especially in S4, where he was stripped away of what he used to know and became one of the very monsters he was so afraid of and hates.

And yet because he loves Martin, he found a way out of his personal loneliness. He knows the way out, and the way out is through love.
