To the Shifters Who Are Tired.
I know. I know how exhausting it feels. The waiting, the trying, the nights where you lay there wondering if you’re doing something wrong. The moments where you start to question if shifting is even real, if you’re capable, if you’ll ever get there.
But listen to me, every single shifter who made it has felt this way before. Every person who woke up in their DR has had nights filled with doubt, exhaustion, and frustration. You are not alone, and you are not failing.
Shifting isn’t about perfection. It’s about trust. And right now, your subconscious is listening. If you keep telling yourself you can’t shift, that you’ve “failed,” it will believe you. So instead, tell it the truth:
You are shifting. You are capable. You are getting closer every day.
close your eyes and take a deep breath.
you are powerful. you have already shifted. you are a master shifter. shifting is easy for you. shifting is natural for you. you are where you want to be. you are your dr self. you are with your dr loved ones already. you have that life already.
believe in yourself and let go of the anxiety, the anger, the doubt that you are feeling. every time you get those thoughts, just remind yourself of how amazing you are. don’t mind the 3d because you know you are in your desired reality already.
happy shifting.
nothing about today has felt real. I have done nothing but shovel snow, take a nap, and go to walmart and it all just feels off. I can’t explain it. shit’s wack.
emma, how to embrace the fulfillment state? do you have any tips to stay motived or not care when you don't shift at the same night? like, what tools do you use to stay connected and enjoyed? example: listening to music that reminds of your dr or scenarios. ‧ ౨ৎ thank you, love. ♡
you want to be in the fulfilment state . . . then enjoy things. actually. on purpose. like an insane person. stare at the ceiling like it’s a renaissance painting of your dr bedroom. listen to music that makes your chest hurt a little because it reminds you of the hallway you pace in your dr when you're pretending not to wait for him (you know the hallway. it echoes when he walks). live like you’re the unreliable narrator of a niche novel being turned into an arthouse tv show no one will understand until season 3. eat it up. embody it. haunt your own plot.
tips for staying motivated when you don’t shift that night: girl. do you stop being in love with your crush just because they didn’t text you back one (1) time? (ok maybe you do. relatable. but try to not do that here.) your dr is a place, not a prize. a home, not a finish line. not shifting one night doesn’t mean you’re not shifting. it just means your brain had the audacity to be tired. that’s not failure. that’s maintenance. like ok fine i didn’t quantum-leap into my hot little dreamverse, but did i romanticise the bus ride to school while listening to a fan edit soundtrack?? yes. did i do an 8-second visualisation while brushing my teeth and accidentally dissociate into another realm for a minute? also yes. so i won. every day is shifting. every second is evidence. every blink is a rehearsal.
and yes. i use tools. god i love tools. i’m like an inventor but instead of building machines i make deranged playlists that emotionally manipulate me into believing i’m already living inside a jane austen x kubrick crossover episode.
anyway. you are not failing to shift. you are literally in the foyer of your dream life eating strawberries and lying on the carpet. stay there. rearrange the furniture. hum a little song
things i’ve learned as a shifter who has shifted both awake and asleep
everything is up to you, therefore you determine if you shift or not
a lot of people back out if they’re scared. use your fear as an affirmation of you actually being there, use it to ground yourself. you are perfectly capable of shifting, despite the feeling of fear. you will shift and it may be scary, use it as a tool to keep you there
in my experience, i’ve felt things when i shift. i also have not felt anything change and still shifted. it can be both. yes you don’t need “symptoms”, but you can still feel things.
that being said, you don’t need to feel anything or everything to shift.
if you believe something, it will happen. if you think something won’t work, it won’t work!
shifting is instant, you can be in any reality at any moment! time is fake!!
using methods is not completely useless, they may not work for you and you should do things that feel right for you but being completely against tools that can help is like going backwards instead of forward.
at the end of the day, shifting is up to you.
nobody can make you shift but yourself, and there are a bunch of tools out there for you to use. the best and the biggest tool is you.

i was also told it would be funny if i shared that i shifted in the shower butt ass naked and wide awake before so take that as u will
STOP SCROLLING ON TUMBLR FOR SHIFTING ADVICE. YOU ALREADY KNOW ENOUGH. GO SHIFT
stop half assing intention.

let’s talk about something a lot of people don’t want to admit— the reason you’re not shifting to your dr (you are always shifting so cut out the “I can’t shift” bullshit) is because you’re half assing your intent when you make attempts. and the reason you’re half assing? fear. failure? success? maybe even both. let’s break it down.
this one’s pretty simple: if you don’t “really try,” you don’t have to face the possibility of failure. you can tell yourself, “well, i wasn’t really trying, so it doesn’t count.” and it becomes easier to push down those feelings of disappointment and ignore them than to put in your full effort and feel like you came up short.
but here’s the thing: you’re not truly failing. shifting isn’t an all-or-nothing process. even if you don’t fully shift to your intended place, every bit of intention you put in is moving you towards your DR. that is progress. that is success. there’s nothing to question about yourself, because by putting in your intention, you’ve already shifted.
if you managed to get lost in a visualization about your dr, you shifted. if you managed to gain a download about your dr self you didn’t already have, you shifted. if you dreamt of your dr, felt connected, hell just said one affirmation and really believed it— you. shifted. case closed.
on the flip side, some people are afraid of what happens if they do succeed. what will it feel like? how will it change you? will it be everything you hoped for? it’s kinda like rapunzel in tangled— you’ve dreamed about this for so long, what if it’s not everything it’s cracked up to be?
but like eugene said, you can always go and find a new dream. once you experience fully shifting for the first time, the possibilities open up: staying in your DR for an extended period of time, falling in love, building relationships, creating core memories. you’re not tied to just one dream— shifting gives you infinite dreams to explore and grow into.
intention is the thing that makes the whole process go round. it gives us structure, a foundation, things to build off of. if everyone just acted all willy nilly with no accordance to their intentions we’d be fucked up. shifting is the same way.
and the beautiful thing is, setting full intention doesn’t have to be complicated. it’s as simple as feeling the emotion behind “i’m shifting to my DR,” and not overthinking or overcomplicating it.
shifting is way too worth it for you let any fear hold you back. take agency over your ability to choose. feel free in the fact that nothing and nobody can stop your intention when you go full throttle.
do less than nothing. get more than everything.
law of assumption. simple. absolute. you assume, and it is. not later. not someday. not after a trial period of proving yourself worthy. now. immediately. because reality doesn’t gatekeep. it doesn’t ask for credentials. it reflects. that’s all it does.
assumption is the mechanism. reality is the mirror. you do not negotiate with a mirror. you do not convince it to show you something different. you assume, and it has no choice but to comply.
do you check every morning to make sure you still exist? do you investigate gravity before stepping out the door? no. you assume. and in assuming, you make it real. same with this.
you assume you’ve shifted, and you have. assume you are already living in your desired reality, and reality follows. even with something as minuscule as wanting to be pretty. congrats, know you are and expect results. there is no ‘trying.’ no ‘waiting for proof.’ no refreshing the page to see if it’s working. the moment you assume, it is.
this isn’t work. this isn’t effort. this isn’t some esoteric practice requiring discipline and sacrifice. this is law. mechanics. assumption does not require proof. assumption is the proof.
what you assume, you experience. not because you worked for it. not because you manifested ‘correctly.’ because that’s how this works. reality takes instruction. stop acting like it needs a second opinion.
so stop hoping. stop questioning. stop pacing back and forth waiting for confirmation. the world is not holding its breath, waiting for you to ‘get it right.’ you already have. you assumed. that’s enough.
do less. take more. not because you’re special. not because you got lucky. because this is how it works.
stop reaching. let it come to you.
I wanna script it out bc it’s annoying asf but I need that sword

you can, and you will shift realities.
letting go simply means: less stress and more trust within yourself.
its the fact of not obsessing over the process of shifting. people get stressed over whether they’re doing the right thing when the truth is you are absolutely doing the right thing.
there’s no rule book on how to shift and once you realise that, that’s when you can finally let go and trust the process.
“but what about doubts/intrusive feelings?” realise that they cannot intervene in your shifting journey. really try and understand this and everything will go smooth for you.
my last shift simply went like this:
i was tired and simply decided “okay i’m already there” and i went to bed, and i shifted. i didn’t stress about me doing the right thing i simply just decided i shifted and went to sleep.
