It was until he add Nintendo character as test and the rest is history. It been a journey since Smash Bros first release in January 21 1999 in Japan and April 1999 in US. From Snake to Sora we got character that surprises us to many reaction from the fans. Since January 21 1999 when we in a kids room using a doll and use their imagination when the hand magically make the doll come to life. Thank You Sakurai for giving us one of the Most Epic Crossover in mankind history.

Mazinger Z 50th Anniversary

50 years ago A Super Robot of the Iron castle was born.

Inspired by Astro Boy and Tetsujin 28 and seeing a car bypass the traffic jam he wanted to create a giant robot that could drive like a car. Originally it was going to a controlled by a motorcycle but changed from the popularity of Kamen Rider. The name Mazinger Z is a combination of two word Ma meaning demon and Jin meaning God. His name means Demon God.

Mazinger Z inspired many giant robot to this day and his legacy lives on.

His iconic attack the Rocket Punch has homages in the form of jumbo machinder toy a.k.a Shogun Warrior in the west.
