I think it’s interesting how one of Dean’s favorite memories is when he’s alone with Sam and they’re, well.

Making fireworks.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s so sweet that they were out there, together, celebrating 4th of july and allowing themselves to just be careless kids for once, but I also can’t help thinking that the entire scene with the two of them, the atmosphere, the line “dad would never let us” and of course the fireworks really invite the mind to wander and imagine what that scene might symbolize.

I mean, it’s not for nothing that the concept of fireworks often is used as a metaphor for romantic and/or sexual culmination, and. I don’t know. In all its sweetness, the scene, for me at least, carries some quite sensual undertones.

J2 basically living their lives as Siamese twins. And also-

J2 date night vs. J2 vacation!

You know how it is.

J2 being so ridiculously good-looking in their suits that surely they’ve caused at least a few heart attacks over the years.

But they didn’t even notice.

Because they were way too obsessed with each other.

J2 being goofy together and also just generally enjoying each other’s company without ever tiring of it.

As is the way with soulmates. ❤️

Wait what i missed something that was important wincest please help and explain with specificity.

ok so a poet, richard siken, that writes AMAZING poetry wrote a poem called ‘crush’ and the poem was basically wincest. today the author told everyone that the show actually hadnt aired until after he wrote his book ‘crush’. then after he published it, he actually got fanmail from eric kripke (??) and eric said he based the brothers with the poem and added parallels with the poem. 

basically saying wincest has always been canon since eric based them off gay lovers. 

like an excerpt from some of his poems are:

so i was looking through caps and i just noticed that the toothbrush sam uses in mystery spot:

is purple, as is the one he uses in jump the shark:

that’s a whole year difference not to mention the mystery spot cap was in an alternate timeline. and now i can’t get it out of my head; the image of sam picking a purple toothbrush each time because these are the cheap, plastic ones you buy when you’re traveling and you forgot yours at home except sam and dean are traveling all the time so i’m sure they go through a bunch of them.

and each time sam chooses purple like maybe that’s his favorite color and when he was little he’d be a little embarrassed and dean would tease him a bit and call him a girl and sam would blush and stubbornly pick out the same brush every time

and maybe he picks out other things in purple too like his boxers or his dumb socks or his other possessions.

basically sam winchester is a purple loving cutie pie and there’s nothing you can do about it.
