The only person that Rudy taunts is Emilio. He makes small comments towards Carmelo, yeah, but doesn’t taunt him like how he does to Emilio. Rudolph will push Emilio’s buttons a lot, especially with things based on Tobias. (Telling him that Tobias is forgetting him, Tobias hates him, Tobias is scared of him, etc.) it always makes Emilio feel like shit

yes, all the time! In the beginning of their relationship, they were very hesitant to. Again, like I’ve said before, they were VEEEEERY paranoid when it came to being affectionate in public. Usually, if they went on dates, it would be places that weren’t too crowded. When they started to feel more comfortable with each other, they would go places that couples usually go.
