hello. me and my mom need serious help. we’re both homeless along with being disabled and immunocompromised. we’re both having issues with declining health but my mom’s doing so much worse. she’s having an issue with a kidney and will probably need surgery soon. we’re still working out if and when. she’s also reaching 60 and at this point it’s extremely unsafe for her especially to be stuck outside. she’s having a lot of trouble doing basic things. we need help making enough for a place to stay, just for a bit. she’s working on getting disability payments too but that’s going slowly. the cheapest place locally is $45 a night. anything at all would help so much. if you can’t donate, reblogging would mean a lot to us. thank you.

i am not joking we need to force teach cooking in schools. like. it is an essential thing for survival. do you know how easy it is to make things if you know even the bare bones shit about how cooking works. we need to teach teenagers how far you can take an onion and some other veggies it''s sad that people grow up not knowing how to prepare literally anything. and i'm not talking about oh this home ed class taught me how to make chicken nuggets at home i'm talking about learning the balancing of sweetness and acidity and saltiness and bitterness and shit like that and techniques and oil temperatures and how meats cook. it needs to be taught because it's literally not even that difficult and it matters so much

Oh my gosh I wish I had a progress vid for it, maybe next time I make one of these I'll try and do so! Its not too wild of a process tbh I just drew 3 keyframes and then slowly edited them up to transition between each other more smoothly tbh. But here are the frames, if that conveys any sort of... uhh sense? I suppose :'0 I used Krita for animating, otherwise, if that's of any use - I recall it being free, last I checked :''0
