Dear readers,

I'm reaching out to you right now, not out of joy, but out of fear. Cocoa-fells (riz-gukgak-is-best) is not responding to messages after posting that she was scared of possible actions her homophobic religious parents might take if they figured out that she and her sister were LGBTQ+. Cocoa is a genderfluid biromantic asexual (I'll be using she/her for this post) and her sister is gay.

Cocoa contacted @fangirlsftw (aka Katie) and I on the 8th (we've both known her for about a year and spoke off and on) really worried about her parents finding out her and her sister's identities and how the controlling (taking away of electronics, not allowing contact, etc.) and verbal threats had been escalating with her parents and her friend's parents. Her parents also believe gays are evil. Katie suggested a gofundme to help her raise the funds to get out of the environment with her sister, her best friend (who is also in a bad situation), and her dog. She also agreed to do a daily check in with me and a relative.

After the post went up, Cocoa found out that her mom had gone to her stepdad with suspicions about her and her sister. She said that her parents believed their lies about the LGBTQ+ stuff, but they did find out that her sister was no longer a believer and that Cocoa had doubts (she said that she told them she was leaning towards yes, but still). They appeared to take it remarkably well, but Cocoa still felt anxious due to them nearly finding out everything after successfully hiding her identity for so long.

Cocoa's last check in was October 12th at 10:20pm EST. Her gofundme was taken down and refunds were issued. On October 15th at 5:52pm, I got this message.

The message wasn't written in her normal voice and felt... off, so I reached back out to make sure that the person could confirm that they were Cocoa (and not someone else with her account information). No response. Katie and several of our friends have reached out as well and got no response from her tumblr or discord. Not long after that, Cocoa's tumblr account was deactivated.

If you have any information, please reach out to us. Otherwise, please boost this so that it might be seen by someone who can help.

And before anybody says it, I know that this is the internet. That I could be in for a world of hurt and heckling by the end of all of this. But the truth is, I will never let the possibility of hurt feelings stop me from ensuring that a friend is safe. So please, humor me for now and help however you can.

It's been 6 days since Cocoa last checked in. 72 hours since I received the message that we strongly believe was not from her. We have no new information at this time, BUT we were able to find two of her worried online friends and update them on the situation.

This post is spreading. There is still hope that someone with information or that knows Cocoa in real life will see it. So I'm asking you, please help us. If you're able, you can even share it on other platforms (reddit, twitter, instagram...) as long as you remember to link back to either this post or one of our tumblrs so someone with information has a place to go.

And Cocoa? If you see this, it's gonna be okay. We will find you. I'm not giving up on you. None of us are. We got you.

!!! SPOILERS FOR THE NEWEST EPISODES OF STEVEN UNIVERSE FUTURE !!!

So... the new Steven Universe Future episodes, ey??

HOLY DIAMOND AUTHORITY!!!

Okay so first of all for some context: Me and my sister who are both fans of Steven Universe just watched the newest episodes of Steven Universe Future. And we. Lost. Our. Shits!

I will describe the episodes so again, SPOILERS AHEAD!!! LAST WARNING!!

Mr. Universe: A nice episode where we learn more about Greg's past before he became Mr. Universe. I did not think he got that name from a song, but I like that! Strict family and rules... damn, never saw that coming. And Steven and his pink outbursts again... dang. I hope he sees a therapist... really, I hope he does...

Fragments: This is.... asdfghjfjfid... I can't even! He doesn't want to tell the gems, so what does he do instead... seek out Jasper!... I immediately thought it was a bad idea... But anyway, Steven trained with her, magically grew taller(?), and showed how strong he really is. And when he laughed... it did not feel like our usually happy Steven... reminded me of an evil laugh coming from a villain... He came back to the house in a hurry, didn't pay any mind to the gems and went right to the bathroom. I first thought he was going to pull out Jasper's gem and that he only poofed her... boy was I wrong. He had in fact SHATTERED her! Steven Universe SHATTERED a gem! He who never felt comfortable with the idea of shattering in the first place! Both me and my sister's eyes widened at the sight. Jasper came back though (in a new style) and... bowed to him... cuz of his strength and called him "my diamond".... ho-ly shit.

The 4 finale episodes comes next Friday... I am not ready for this show to end... but one thing that will make me happy is showing Spinel and the Diamonds at least one more time! Clearly one of the best cartoons of the decade... in my humble opinion of course...

I don't have anything else to say, I am flabbergasted! Well, not anything else except GET STEVEN TO THERAPY ALREADY!!!

What a surprise me and my sister got! Turned on the TV today and Teen Titans Go airs the whole day today...😑 but that wasn't the surprise. No, the surprise was that Teen Titans airs in between those episodes! The original series!🤩 Me and my sister got super exited and we're watching it right now! The nostalgia! I will always love the original series not the reboot that we have now...😒

CAN Y'ALL HEAR MY UGLY CRYING IN THE DISTANCE!!😭😭

Okay so I didn't actually cry, but my eyes was definitely teary and ready to cry ugly tears!😆

I never thought I would get this invested in a game, let alone an otome game, but I did! The story and the characters, it all was so engaging and exciting!

Early on, a little after I downloaded the game, it didn't have the same effect on me... I considered uninstalling it, but something just made me continue on, thinking that the story might get even better and more exciting, AND IT DID!!😁💕

I love many of the different events, I have my favorite characters and I have favorite lessons and parts of the story!❤

To see that I was nearing lesson 20, and (what I like to call) the end of the "main" storyline after the 1 year exchange program... it got me!

Far From Home - My Thoughts

!!!WARNING!!! SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE, SO IF YOU HAVEN’T SEEN IT YET, JUST SKIP THIS POST!!! Or if you don’t care for spoilers at all, just keep reading...

Okay, so I just came home from watching Spider-Man: Far From Home at my local cinema and eh... I’m still so hyped!! It really was a great movie to end the third phase of the MCU. I stayed after the credits (as a real Marvel-fan do, ofc) and boy did I get a surprise! I will mention the credit scenes, but I’ll leave that for last.

Okay, so firstly, it was a great movie. Good mix of action, humor, and feels. I loved that opening when the Marvel logo came, but instead of the usual theme in the back, it was “I Will Always Love You”... I love these movies, so much. Secondly, Oh my god, I am MAD! Why you may ask? Mysterio... just Mysterio. I am so mad that he tricked Peter the way he did and lied to him. Don’t get mad at me and attack me with “oh but Mysterio was always a villain in the comics”-thing cuz I never read the comics. I’m only 16 years old (just like Peter in the movie! Yee!) and therefore I never grew up with the old comics. But still, I had read some theories before I watched the movie that it was unsure if they would stick to the old canon and keep Mysterio the villain or change him up and make him an ally to Spider-Man. So I had that as a thought in the back of my head. But still, I have to give Jake Gyllenhaal credit for playing a really great and unstable character as Mysterio turned out to be. Gotta love the villain!

Moving on, the scenes between Peter and MJ... I SHIP IT!! And of course, they ended up together! Yee! X3 I really loved how MJ confessed during that fight in London to the others that she tells the truth even if it can be hurtful towards others. I don’t see that as a weakness, but rather as a strongpoint which makes me like MJ more. She is a strong and capable female character who is not that standard “damsel in distress” type of girl and I like that.

Next, Happy. I have to talk about Happy. He has his scenes in the movie and I really appreciate his character more now that he is more understanding, protective and caring of Peter. A scene that really got to me was when he picked up Peter in the Netherlands. He walked out of the jet and asked what happened and Peter just needed to be sure that it was the real Happy and not just an illusion because come on, he is crushed after he was betrayed by someone he thought he could trust... I felt so sorry for Peter at that moment. He just wanted a normal holiday, with his class, his friends, and potentially, his future girlfriend. Peter was so relieved that he was the real Happy and just gave him a hug. And Happy, being the concerned and probably also scared guardian he was, asked Peter if he was okay. That is why I love Happy more now. In Homecoming, he was cold and a little distant from Peter, but that was probably because of Peter being a young teenager just starting out as Spider-man. In FFH however, he was more protective and welcoming and positive towards Peter because he KNOWS that Peter has grown and is still devastated after what happened in Endgame. Peter lost a great inspiration and father-figure, and as a 16-year-old, of course, that is difficult. Peter’s tear-stained red eyes and messy hair in the trailer shows us a crushed teen who feels like he can’t do the great things that everyone believes he can do.

Finally, I will conclude this already long post with the end-credit scenes. Peter and MJ swinging through New York, just yes. Peter with his new suit, more yes. The news showing the attack from London and Mysterio’s message... eh, what?? Yeah, that was a surprise! I sat there, in the cinema with wide eyes and just millions of thoughts going through my head. Did Mysterio survive, or was that the last message before he finally died? Does a Multi-verse actually exist or was that too a part of Mysterio’s lie/illusion? And also, WHAT THE HECKITY-HECK, PETER’S IDENTITY??!! Is Peter fucked now or is he fucked?? And also, again, DAMN YOU MYSTERIO! WHY DID YOU BLAME PETER FOR THE LONDON THING??!! AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!! And lastly, this is the last by the way, promise... J. K. Simmons playing J. Jonah Jameson. Cool to finally see this character in the MCU.

It really was a great movie! 10/10 from me. Really suggest watching it. Great balance between action and humor.

OKAY PEOPLE, LISTEN UP!!

This has probably already been done but I want to get it out of my brain. Ok? Ok.

So, I've noticed that the sides have a specific colour they go by (of course): Roman/Red, Logan/Dark Blue, Patton/Light Blue and Virgil/Purple. And then we got Deceit/Yellow, with yellow being opposite of purple... And many videos later we get Remus/Green, with green being the opposite of red!.... Is it just me who likes that pattern??! I just had to check and searched up the colour circle and what do I find, yes, opposite colours! Maybe then the opposite of Logan's dark blue will be orange??... Who knows....

Again, wanted it out of my system. It's probably been done already, but why the hell not!

Can't wait for the next Sanders Sides video! But for right now, Thomas needs his sleep. And I'll make some fanart tomorrow of that new green-mean-bean!
