Harushima (haru) Umenyiora

Eyes: pale blue (blind)

Hair: Also pale blue

Quirk: Liquid Manipulation

His quirk allows him to manipulate any liquid up to 50 lbs. He can see any and all liquids within a 120 ft diameter around him.

While he can see liquids inside humans, it is vague unless the person is directly infront of him.

He is able to move white blood cells, platelets and red blood cells around the blood stream to induce a faster healing speed.

If he over uses his quirk, he will not be able to see liquids for up to an hour. (Quickest recovery time is 15 minutes)
