Bear with me:
When the Beatles arrived in Paris in January 1964, they stayed at the George V hotel.
John and Paul composed 3 songs there. One of them was "If I Fell".
Fast-forward to 1970s: John is writing a book called "Skywriting by Word of Mouth". One of the stories was about his hookup with a woman, but really with a man, as you can tell from the wording. John and the other person make love at… the George V hotel.
