Blinded by the Walls by Khaisworld - not rated WIP - AU. Dramione 8th year fic.McGonagall puts in place “Therapy Sessions” where each student is assigned with another student to these sessions. However, due to a magical wall between them, the students don’t know who they have these sessions with. Hermione and Draco are assigned to be Therapy Partners.

Changes - wh0r3crux - E, WIP - Returning 8th year Slytherins are forced to take Muggle Studies as per their probation requirements. In an effort to bridge the gap between pure bloods and muggleborns, each participating pure blood student is partnered with a muggleborn for a tutor. As if that weren’t bad enough, guess who Draco Malfoy gets partnered with?

Capstone - bek_48 - M, 30 chapters - Seventh Year is upon them, and Hermione Granger has several priorities:

-Keep Harry and Ron out of trouble -Prepare for NEWTs -Grin and bear being partners on a year-long project with Draco Malfoy

Throw in an excessively vague prophecy, a scavenger hunt for some odd enchanted stones, and tracking down an escalating prankster, and she is sure to have her hands full, to say the least.

The Art of Adjustment - Mimifreed - M, one-shot - (DRAMIONE) It’s 8th year at Hogwarts and after the Battle, all students are required to take Muggle Studies. As a challenge to show that muggle skills are needed, the students are paired off and must complete a cooking project to pass! Hermione has this in the bag… at least, she thought so until she was paired with Draco Malfoy.

Sarah J. Maas Book Cover Redesigns

Recently, it was revealed that Maas’ ACOTAR book covers got a redesign.

No offense to the designer - because I try not to go out of my way to publicly bash someone’s design work that they spent time on - but I’m not alone in saying that those covers aren’t the greatest.

From a design standpoint, the colors clash too heavily with the tone of the stories. While bright colors can be fun, they don’t match the books they represent. (Not to mention the color combo on the grey hardback covers is almost hard to read because they appear less bright and look washed out.)

Maas seems to lean more on Eastern-esque art influences for reprints lately, and it’s honestly very confusing. Given the settings and characters, these do not work for the stories inside. If these covers had an updated color palette and were used for an Asian-inspired story, I think they’d be better because the illustrations are beautiful. But they’re just not ACOTAR.

I’ve made my own minimalist book covers for A Court of Thorns and Roses and A Court of Mist and Fury.

Yes I have my watermark on them. No I won’t remove them.

The original designer attempted to do a minimal look, but they didn’t take advantage of the iconography and setting these books offered for a truly illustrative and still minimal set of covers.

so in regular people english delusional means: having beliefs or ideas that are not proven by reality.

so the beliefs that aren’t proven by reality refers to your desires. now before confusion arises, your desires are already in your 3D the moment you decide it is. you just can’t see it, till you’ve persisted. so technically, it’s not yet proven (visually at least). kinda like you know there’s 7 billion other people in the world, have you met all of them? no but you know they’re here.

literally be delusional about your desires. i don’t mean that lightly either.

think about an actual delusional person. when someone is delusional they swear that their ideas are completely true no matter how ridiculous it sounds.

that’s needs to be you about your desires.

let’s say your manifesting your desired face:

no matter what people tell you, what pictures show you, what the mirror reflects, you know you look exactly like your desired face. even if you don’t see your df, you can look dead in the mirror and tell yourself you do. and keep doing that. you can take a picture of yourself and keep saying how much you look like you df. cause you do. and quickly, those will become your auto pilot thoughts. you’ll naturally be in the state of having your desires, and that will manifest.

Nicknames your characters can use for each other~

Poppie note: It's been a long time since I wrote any writing aid. I was looking for unique nicknames for fanfic, and realised how much I had to search, so here is your go-to guide.

Casual: babe, baby, sweetheart, sweetie

Reader's favourite: love, darling, angel, my queen/king/highness, hubby/wifey/ so, princess

Reflective#1: Use nicknames that match the other person's appearance or personality (DO NOT MAKE IT OFFENSIVE)

Eg: short-stuff, Goldie(Golden retriever energy), blondie,

Reflective#2: tells about the speaker's personality

(Someone Agressive may call the other person): idiot, dumbass, stupid etc.

Cute nicknames: Doe, Kitty, Kitten, Cupcake, Guppy, Munchkin, Pookie, Dove, Flower, My star

Content dependant nicknames:

(These may sound creepy, cute or hot depending upon the context)

Little one

Little Dove

Fragile flower

Kitten

Pest

Shortening names: Jamie for Jameson, Binnie or Bin-Bin for Hanbin, Sam for Samantha

Nicholasnames: (making names longer affectionately): Cherrisma for Cherry, Parineeti for Pari

This is one trick I personally use, and it works like a charm. Especially if the other character doesn't know the language and then they get to know what the word means later on.
