the cooking show I'm watching is rated PG-13 for language and nudity
Now that the new season is looming, here are some predictions I have for Hermitcraft season 9!
- Mumbo is going to go completely ballistic. The man couldn't kill anything for a whole season, the minute he gets a wooden sword no animal mob or player will be safe (either that or he'll kill one thing and then have a crisis but my bet is that one thing will be Grian)
- First player death will be Joe Hills and it'll be him falling into a ravine
- Either that or Iskall is going to kill someone without meaning to again
- There's going to be some dispute between two people who want to settle on the same mountain and they're going to turn it into a hilariously drawn-out comedic rivalry because of course they are
- First shop is going to be either Grian or Impulse
- On that note idk how likely this is but a Grian and Impulse business empire would be SO overpowered please I want it
- Hilarious disparity between people who mesh season 8 in with season 9 and have a canonical path of travel between the two vs people who don't even mention it at all (read: Zedaph and Etho being Blissfully Oblivious)
- Cleo is going to punch Joe. That's not even a prediction at this point that's just a universal constant
- Place your bets now on which happens first: Mumbo makes a cult or Scar makes a pyramid scheme! I'm betting one or the other in the first ten episodes, bonus points if it's neither and Etho does both
I'm saving this to reblog a few weeks in and see how many Apollo's bullseyes I can get, feel free to add on!
eggs are most delicious when least touched by fire (so poached, sunny side up, etc declining in quality to over easy, hard boiled). this is because fire cleanses the egg of sin (primary source of flavor). this is also why the objectively most delicious egg is soft boiled (hardened purified exterior traps the delicious sin inside the soft gooey interior), and why scrambled eggs are morally ambiguous
I wanted to draw this lad normally but the urge to green squiggle was too great :>
[ID: Magnus Archives fanart of Jon Sims sitting at his desk, clicking a tape recorder and beginning to read a statement. Much of the background is filled by the snaking green coils of Jon's speech bubble, which contains the opening lines of MAG75- A Long Way Down.
The next two paragraphs are the statement text; otherwise, the ID ends here.
Jon reads: "Statement of Stephen Walker, regarding his brother's disappearance from the top of Tour Montparnasse in October 2006.
Original statement given November 7th 2006.
Audio recording by Jonathan Sims, Head Archivist of the Magnus Institute, London.
Statement begins.
"I hope my brother is dead. He must be dead. I would love to believe that this is all some elaborate prank, some bizarre attempt to fake his own disappearance, but deep down I know that's not my..." End ID]
If I only could, I′d be running up that hill With no problems
