I’m physically incapable of taking my time on anything but i hope this looks nice enough to satisfy u
Someone at some point called Surge Sonic's Wario and I was like "what?", but also went made this...
This audio from Star vs the Forces of evil worked way too well in reference to how the Neo World Program works! It could have fit any character but I always associate Star with Sonia so I decided to use her!
Fun fact, within a day of posting this on tiktok it became my second highest viewed video ever and highest viewed animation I’ve done which is wild! (It’s currently at 163.0k views!!)
Someone needs to make a Fanfic of Persona 5 but with the difference where Joker ir replaced by Kirby

Sonia... I know your trying to be nice here but I would leave Ruruka be; she clearly doesn't like you so maybe leave her be.
I do apologize if I have done something to offend you. I am merely trying to make conversation.
No, don't apologize Sonia! That bitch started it!
Yeah, we didn't do anything to you! So don't start shit with us for no reason!
"Didn't do anything"? "No reason", huh? *siiiiip*
Let's do a little role reversal here. Say that I was super destructive terrorist that ended the world.
And then one day, I came to all and was all, "Oowoowoo~ I'm sowwwwy~ I did a wittle fuckie-wuckie!~ I was bwainwashed you see? Pwease fogive me~ Oowoowoo~"
Knowing all the damage, crimes, and lives that I might have done then. Do you really think you would accept and forgive me so easily?
.............
Didn't think so. *Siiiiip*
I don't know where you get off and think everything is going to be just, oh-so-fine for you, even if that brainwashing excuse is true.
You're dead men walking. No one on EARTH is going to want anything to do with you. Your only "future" is to sit back, look up at the ceiling, and let that electric chair fry every single cell in your worthless brains.
And I for one, can't wait to watch.
So, *siiiiip*, laterrrrzzzz! Hahahaha!~
*Ruruka skips cheerfully out of the room with Sonosuke following her*

Rising Hope
PAIRING: Hiyoko x Male Reader (Romantic) (Fluff)
SUMMARY: (Y/N), Hiyoko’s boyfriend, cures his classmates of despair without the use of the Neo World Program.
Hiyoko adored you, her boyfriend. She trusted you, felt comfortable around you, and didn’t feel the pressure to be rude just to protect herself from you. Her and the whole class thought your ultimate to be the most intriguing, being titled the ultimate copycat. You could essentially copy any skill if you studied or observed it hard enough. You didn’t really feel much need to use such a skill set until everything happened.
You weren’t inside the killing game, but you escaped from the rest of your class, having the skill set necessary to reject being brainwashed and survive the Japan you once knew now in ruins. Junko, using her analyst talent, knew you would try to ruin the fun of her game, so she used your one weakness against you; Hiyoko Saionji.
You were too preoccupied with trying to save your girlfriend, so Junko was able to continue her killing game in peace. Unbeknownst to her, you were already undoing her evil deeds on the outside.
Thankfully it wasn’t too hard to capture them. You’ve seen them and many others perform their talents time and time again. It was simply a matter of outsmarting them that led to you capturing them all. Izuru was the easiest since he complied from the beginning.
By the time you had done that and found an empty building to contain them all, news of Junko’s killing game ending spread quickly. Some of the remnants were upset to find out she had died, others didn’t care much. You knew that someone would come looking for the remnants, and unsure of what would be done to them, you hid their existence from the public until you could fix them.
In order to break Junko’s brainwashing on them you tried to remind them of the old days. You made the building resemble their classroom, made a robotic version of Chiaki to fill the void of her absence, and interacted with them all as if nothing had even happened.
The quickest one to adjust was Nagito, he was relishing in the hope filled within your actions. The others, especially the more aggressive ones, were fighting back from even the slightest nice gesture.
Hiyoko was the one you wanted to focus on most. Despite not wanting to play favorites considering the situation, you couldn’t help but spend most of your time with your girlfriend. Dancing with her, having dinner dates with her, squishing ants together, anything to bring back her memories.
She was reluctant at first, but as her memories of you slowly became clearer, she removed the walls she had made and began to open up more, eventually becoming disgusted with despair. Especially once she realized Junko had only used herself and the others for her schemes.
Hiyoko jumped into your arms, sobbing tears big enough to fill a room. She regretted everything, and promised to do anything if meant things could go back to normal; just her and her boyfriend, with her friends, all in a classroom playing games and having fun with each other.
After Hiyoko was cured, the others began to follow suit one by one, each time helping you fix the rest of their classmates. By the time the Future Foundation found out where you were, all the remnants of despair were no more. Makoto was surprised by your accomplishments and told you his dream of rebuilding Hopes Peak, wanting you to hold the title of ultimate hope alongside him and his friends.

I wanna let this out. Have you ever thought that the sdr2 characters just gave up their dreams after the shit they did when they were brainwashed (despite not remembering it)
Kazuichi gave up his love for machines and fixing them after hearing the horrible shit he did
*inserts ending theme of digital circus*
OOOO THIS IS AN INTERESTING THOUGHT!!! A concept worth to think about! But there are some where doing the things as their talent came off as a coping mechanism, just imagine how just simply doing the things they aspire or what comes off as stress-relieving to them became a trigger. Its a very deep in thought what-ifs, but I do believe this is the case logically enough in post-NWP. Though there are few that could and couldn't give up on their talents merely because...
Someone like Teruteru, Kazuichi, Akane, Tanaka, Nekomaru, Ibuki, and Mahiru are all purely because the talent they have are simply much of a hobby, something they find love, comfort, and inspirational, or motivation to move forward.
Ones like Sonia, Fuyuhiko, Hiyoko, and Nagito are all born or was already given a chance to the talent itself, where their fate has been placed down since the beggining (does not end well).
And people like Mikan, The impostor, or Peko were ones being put in bad situation thus grew a talent they view in a way that was a bit unhealthy (this could apply to Nagito as well)
Every people has a different thoughts on this ofc, I'd love to write out mine but I simply just doesn't have enough time to write out all of them. Ty for sharing your thoughts!!
I would like to hear the essay about how hope peak is bad!
In order to understand why Hope's Peak is intrinsically bad, you have to look at the reason it was founded first off. Not for the betterment of talented students, but for researching them for the Kamukura Project which can basically be summed up as, to quote @prompt-master, who helped me with this, "unethical hidden experimentation of a minor with the interest of erasing his identity and turning him into a human tool." Pretty fucked up, enough to make the statement that Hope's Peak irreparably sucks on its own. But that's just the tip of the iceberg.
We also see in DR3, SDR2, and in THH that Hope's Peak actively covers up murders for its students. This includes both Syo and the whole situation with the Twilight Syndrome Murder Case in DR3 and SDR2, wherein quite a few murders were just...brushed under the rug by HPA. (There's also the student council KG, but IIRC they never figured out who did it.
Also, there's all the failed Kamakura Project test subjects. All in all, there's quite a few deaths that Hope's Peak has under its belt.
We haven't even mentioned the psychological effects of HPA yet, especially on the world around them.
First up, the normal complex. to quote Prom once more, “the normal complex is a term...to explain the phenomenon of how EVERY SINGLE nontalented character in the series shows some form of low self esteem regarding how normal they are. Hinata, Naegi, and Komaru are the biggest examples of this. It doesnt matter how special they are, they will always see themselves as normal and lesser because they were raised on the belief that talent=worth”. In a society where Hope’s Peak exists, this is just...how things are.
There’s also the exploitation of the Reserve Course students. Yes, Komaeda’s view of them might be an extreme example, but it’s very indicative of the climate towards them--someone in the reserve course will never be a talented student, no matter how hard they try. However, they can still graduate from HPA, which is still an honor--so people keep funnelling INSANE amounts of money into the program. And then they can use the reserve course students as guinea pigs--because who cares if someone untalented goes missing?
And they don’t even TEACH there. In DR3 it shows how the only real requirement is that they prove their talent at the end of the year. In fact, quite a few students just skip most of their classes.
Also there’s the fact that Kirigiri is the daughter of the principal and it’s HER class that was given shelter. That’s like, nothing compared to everything else in here, but it’s still incredibly suspicious just knowing about Hope’s Peak in general.
Tl;dr: From its inception, Hope’s Peak Academy was not meant to help its students, only to conduct unethical research on them and exploit those it deems “untalented” to further said research. This is only, like, ONE reason it’s super fucked up.
yuma in the last defents
I've been on a bit of a Danganronpa kick lately, and I wanted to share some thoughts I remembered (originally from 2022).
I am having a hard time believing that the whole world outside of Japan also suffered from the same total societal collapse (+ brainwashing?) that Japan fell to. Yes, I can imagine that countries with particularly close ties to Japan could suffer greatly, some perhaps even falling to civil conflict, but I'm not sure if I buy the totality of it, especially in the countries more isolated from the outside world (eg. Cuba), or ones with draconian censorship regimes (eg. China). The developing countries in particular I imagine would be spared most of the brainwashing, instead taking the brunt of the damage from the worldwide economic crisis, which yes it would also end in blood, but -- if I allow myself to be cynical for a moment -- nothing that particularly exceeds the scale of the wars and genocides we've seen there in the late 20th century. Really, the less culturally connected a country is to Japan, the less brainwashed its populace should probably be, given how Japanese Hope's Peak student body is. And, especially in the developed countries, this is probably where the effects of the Tragedy are the lightest, allowing them to gather themselves relatively quickly and act as starting points for rebuilding the world. Which honestly provides interesting story material on its own, as many of these governments could have visions of the post-Tragedy world that conflict with the Future Foundation's and each other's...
This is going to be a direct criticism of the Future Foundation now: of their 14 divisions, none of them are tasked with rebuilding of governments, local and national institutions of power. Almost as if they planned on ruling the world indefinitely after defeating Despair. And the fact that they don't seem to have a plan for handing over power makes me fear for how the world would actually look after their victory at the end of DR3. And when people start demanding a say in how they're governed, how will they respond? Will they respond to these protests like Hope's Peak did to the Parade, and set up another Tragedy as a result? Will they hastily restore status quo ante, with all its systemic failures that allowed Despair to fester and set up a Tragedy reprise, just further down the line than the first option? Because fixing these systemic problems is a work that should be started Day 1 of the Foundation's operations, to have a proper plan that adequately addresses them. And, like I said, they don't seem to have any kind of team dedicated to making such a plan.
I know this is a long ask, but I needed to get all of this off my chest. Thank you for your time, and have a nice day.
I agree with u. DR3 has so many issues
