to me wiat it means is simply that when the aiua is brought from the outside (i don’t remember if that’s what it’s called) it is created for it’s purpose, and will do everything to conform to that. Like when Miro switched his bodies the “new” one had to have a full range of motion like miro wanted it to. when it comes to peter no.2 the situation is a little harder, Ender saw him as a monster in his memories so even though they were reintroduced when peter became kinder that’s the image of him that stuck. But enders soul is in peter and he was not created with the same “vision” and while for a majority of his life he saw himself as a monster he always fought against that part of his nature.

in all of this the aiuas’ different raison d’etres start an internal struggle. the body is created of one purpose but the mind of another. so in all wang mu is trying to make sense of all lf this
