Can you write clown!child!reader that plays silly innocent pranks and honks whenever they're really happy? I prefer if you made some headcanons/one shot with Kaufmo or Jax, if you want to add more characters then be my guest! Believe me, I don't mind at all lol
Ohhh I’ve been waiting for a clown reader tbf!
In the long run I don’t know to much abt Kaufmo bc duh he literally abstracted in the pilot— so please take my limited info about him with a pinch of salt
This one is gonna be relatively short because I don’t have much to work on plot wise since only the pilot of the show is out
(Theres no normal Kaufmo gifs so here 💀)
When you’d first arrived, a lot were shocked to see you didn’t freak out like most would when first entering the Amazing Digital Circus.
In fact, you were quite ecstatic.
They were all shocked to see a child of all to be transported into the Circus. But you adapted quickly to your surroundings, even becoming comfortable with everyone, especially Kaufmo.
You spent most your time with Kaufmo, actually. You both took the form of clowns in a way, so it was bound that you two would get along.
To you he was almost like an older brother, always scolding you when you’d play little pranks on your friends. Some harmless, some a little less harmless.
Like the time you glued Caine’s staff to the floor.
Usually when you wanted to play pranks you’d go to Jax for help carrying them out, seeing as you’re the smallest of the group you had a hard time doing things as easily as the others did.
It was so fun all the time, every time you’d get caught doing your pranks you’d squeeze your little nose and make a honking sound as you dashed away.
Then, there was a new member, Pomni.
She was a jester of sorts… but oh, so jumpy. You tried greeting her with Ragatha, only for her to break out into a string of curses—which despite censored by Caine—Ragatha still covered your ears.
Eventually Ragatha was down on your level, “hey, sweetie? Can you do me a small favor?” She asked softly, to which you tilted your head in response, as you didn’t often talk so you used body language instead. “Please don’t play any pranks on Pomni, okay? She’s really jumpy and she might get hurt if you do.” You put a finger on your mouth in consideration, nodding happily.
“Thanks, sweetie. Go have fun, Caine is making us play capture the Gloinks again, I know that’s your favorite.” With that you zipped off and chased around the little shapes, while Ragatha took Pomni on a little tour with Jax.
You played the game for a while until you stumbled across the hallway of rooms, where some faces were crossed off with a big red ‘X’ for a reason you didn’t know, nor would you understand.
You were searching high and low for those little Gloinks but.. you soon came across Kaufmo’s door, it was wide open with signs of struggle being visible.
You peered into his room, he was no where to be found. You now had a new objective from the game, to find Kaufmo.
You searched everywhere, you even managed to get out of the circus to look for him.
But no matter your efforts you just couldn’t find him at all… soon, Caine caught you outside of the circus and brought you back, all of the group together, save for Kaufmo.
You made your way over to Ragatha, tugging her skirt, “Ragatha, where’s Kaufmo?” You asked in your quiet voice. Ragatha couldn’t bring herself to say it, only looking away in a guilty manner.
“What happened to him.. where’s Kaufmo?”
What exactly is Albert's plan ? Why is there a picture of him and Monsieur M together ? Why does Albert seem to dislike M in it ? How are TWDAK and VTSOM lores linked ? What is the deep, thematic significance behind Albert's views on Vincent ? What exactly are the dream eaters ? Buckle up, this will be a multi - part analysis and we'll have to go in a sequence of steps.
Ok, recap of the basics first. Albert's dream therapy ability is basically some neuroscience - based technology that allows him to hijack people's brains for a while - that is how he is able to communicate with total strangers and influence his office environment, affect a monstrous appearance, give jumpscares and control his victims' fates in their dreams. It explains the bizarre, nightmarish feel of TWDAK.
Then what do the dream eaters do ? How are they made ? Let's go step - by - step into my explanation :
Albert very deliberately administers nightmares to his dream therapy candidates to select an 'army' for his grand plan to revive G2 district. Those who succumb to fear in the nightmare and blindly obey all his instructions perfectly as self - preservation essentially give up control of their fate. They let him decide their fate in their dream.
Now, dreams reflect a person's personality too - they are our memories and neural connections rehashed and mix - and - matched. Albert taps into a person's psychological wiring and instincts through the therapy.
Which means that the 'patients' who obey him out of pure fear are likely to be paranoid and passive when faced with unfamiliar dangers. Therefore, he can easily manipulate and control them using their fear. This could explain the dream eaters' lifeless, gloomy appearance and perpetual silence - it's like they're frozen in a constant state of fear. It's why they're perfect soldiers for his army- they won't rebel, and they are willing to 'eat' victims and follow orders to save their own selves.
You can't control a nightmare. Like any dream, it is formed by your random memories and instincts, random brain connections firing and combining. It's a situation where you're helpless to your psyche, to your subconscious. In Albert's therapy, it's a situation where you're helpless to HIM. How you react depends on your long - honed psyche, who you are deep down.
Think about your nightmares. To give my own example, I've had nightmares about being eaten alive by cannibals, being bombed, being unloved and alone, serial killers, my family and myself becoming evil and harming one another, etc. In some I remember fighting back. In others I was powerless and gave up.
Those like Taylor, who fight back despite being stuck in a horrifying situation they can't understand, show that they have a strong, hopeful outlook somewhere. They use logic as best as they can to do whatever they can. That's why they'll contribute to a G2 that has many pioneering, exceptional citizens.
Why do the dream eaters 'eat' victims ? Why are they 'hungry' ? Why do they need to 'eat' at all ? What happens to a victim who gets 'eaten' ? This is very meta - I think, since in the game everyone you get eaten Taylor urges you to try again and the game loops back, those who get 'eaten' get stuck in the nightmare. They're stuck until they either obey and become Albert's army members, or rebel and get spared. The purpose of dream eaters is to ensure the candidate can't escape till they prove their worth either way. That is Albert's plan for G2 - use the dream eaters to test people's worth, make them either useful to him as testers for other candidates, or leave the 'exceptional' ones be to hopefully improve G2.
What else do the dream eaters do besides acting as a test for candidates' worth ? Is it possible that Albert can do some Inception - style shit, influencing powerful people's decisions by implanting ideas into their psyche ? Is that how he plans to change G2 ?
Remember VTSOM ? Monsieur M's plan is to replace the 'inferior' human species with the much faster, smarter, stronger, modifiable cyborgs. That's his idea of improving life forms and the world. Whereas Albert's idea of improving G2 district is NOT by rejecting humanity but by finding and embracing its exceptional side. He taps into people's subconscious to find the brave, the fearless, those who can retain sense and logic under extreme stress. And that's why Albert dislikes M. M rejects humans totally, deriding them at many points in VTSOM. But Albert sees that humans can be pretty awesome, or atleast useful.
Now, the link between Albert and Vincent. Albert says that Vincent had great potential, but he saw him let it go to waste. Keep in mind the points above, and now remember - Vincent used to be someone who would rebel against society, accept loneliness because he wouldn't compromise on his principles and beliefs. He used to be brave. But then, he grew tired of loneliness. Which is all well and understandable to Albert, except that then Vincent, in his desire to belong and to be accepted at Myers, became a total slave to them. He committed atrocities he didn't want to commit, abandoned his principles and vision for change, because he was deathly scared of ending up alone and unsupported. He could've changed things, he had the aptitude and the attitude, but then he became just another brick in the wall of corporate selfishness. Another pawn for everything wrong with society. That's what Albert means when he says that Vincent wasted his potential. He gave into fear and lost himself. He had not a flight, not a fight, but a 'freeze' reaction to the threat of ostracision - blindly obey the very shady Monsieur M, hoping M would spare him because he licked his boots.
THIS IS MY ORIGINAL ANALYSIS / THEORY. DO NOT DARE TO COPY, REUPLOAD OR REPOST. REBLOGS ARE WELCOME.
Im recurring to you because i have seen you are very impartial in your analysis. Im pissed everytime people tries to justify Dipper's actions every single time. Like the kid can get wrong without a justification. But with Mabel no (1)
They always call her back and misstreat her. Dipper is not a saint but people always forget that. We’re talking about the kid that cursed 5 times his sister and was willingly to let her to be possesed by a demon. But hey, because Mabel teased himshe deserved that. Ive also seen people saying Dipper flaws’re more visible than Mabel and thats not true. Thats the reason Mabel’s haters exist! Even Hirschs noticed that. I’m sorry if this doesnt make sense(mobile)but i need someone to discuss it.
The biggest thing about this is that Dipper is a character who is built up to be pitied. We see, on the show, that he’s bullied, mocked, and often belittled leading him to be the classic loner character. People see Dipper as the underdog, and people want to cheer on the underdog.
The problem is that Dipper might be that perfect image of the kid that has to fight his way up from the bottom, but he’s also incredibly cruel. It’s hidden under that image of a poor, defenseless twelve year old that people only seem to pull up when they’re look at him.
Dipper Pines is not a kid I would have ever wanted to hang out with. He is vindictive, focused on revenge, and incredibly selfish. That doesn’t mean his good qualities fall flat, but Dipper is a lot more darker than what he seems.
He summoned the “best fighter in the world” to beat up a teenager, purposefully broke up a friend’s relationship just so he could have her as a girlfriend (which Wendy shoots down immediately, good for you girl), attacks the people who attack him, “revenge is awesome”, and doesn’t give a damn about people who are not family/people he’s close to.
During the Northwest mansion incident, he was perfectly willing to let the ghost out but didn’t because his sister was “in there”. “Dreamscapers” shows us that he’s not the unselfish hero because he’s only going to save Stan if he knows for sure the guy loves him.
This is a huge problem. A problem that has been part of his character development. Dipper looks at Mabel’s key when he finally talks to Gideon and the fandom isn’t talking about this.
Mabel is the one that first talks about revenge, how rivals are useless, how maybe people should just make up and move on. Dipper, just like Pacifica, heard that speech and it’s definitely impacted his actions–forgiving/going back to talk to Pacifica, trying to convince Gideon with words rather than fists.
Dipper has had major character growth but he’s still vindictive. You wanna know why he doesn’t have friends? Maybe it’s because he’s a jerk. He curses his sister multiple times, he often points out when he’s better than her, only when she’s actually hurt does he make a stand but that’s only when other people do it.
Dipper got a huge shock when he was the one who made Mabel cry because he’s never been in that position but, also, if he’s not around to see Mabel have a bad day, he doesn’t comprehend it. This is something Ford and Dipper have trouble with; they don’t realize how painstakingly alone Mabel is. She has such a big heart (even though she can be just as bitter as her brother) and is willing to forgive people who have been cruel to her.
What this means, though, is that when Mabel does something selfish, people notice it more. She is selfish. Everyone is selfish. If you’re not selfish you’re not living life right. As a society we point our fingers at selfishness and say it’s a horrible thing and I’ve noticed this as a big problem in American culture.
There is no problem with selfishness. There is a huge problem with excess selfishness. Mabel likes to be happy, let her do stuff that makes her happy. That’s not selfishness that’s her doing what she likes.
Not only this but Mabel loves her friends. She makes sure that Candy and Grenda can also do what they like, invites them over to have fun, includes them in her plans, and looks out for their well being. In return, she got two incredibly loyal friends.
Dipper demands loyalty, he asks for people to sign things, often questions them, and turns against people that aren’t for his cause.
Mabel inspires loyalty because she, in return, is loyal.
And of course she’s going to mess up as well. She’s twelve, it’s going to happen, but she recognizes that she’s not the best person (in a way that’s very similar to self hatred) and constantly strives to correct what she sees is wrong with her.
Dipper doesn’t see those types of problems within himself. He sees problems with his physicality–especially with his voice, height, and ‘manliness’. Dipper is trying to fix the wrong things.
Yes, Mabel teases Dipper, yes, she should probably speak up about it, but she’s also afraid of loosing everything she’s ever worked for. Mabel and Dipper weren’t as close as they are now–in Tourist Trapped, Dipper honestly contemplated not telling his sister about the journal. At this point in the series, it’s a shock to a lot of people that he didn’t tell her about the rift. But it’s also a parallel. Imagine a Gravity Falls where Dipper hadn’t told Mabel about the journal and we’d be looking at it in a similar light.
So when something is constant–as with Dipper’s flaws–people take notice of them more. With Mabel, she doesn’t put herself in situations that show her flaws except during certain situations. That’s why people hone in on them. Mabel is loving, has a big heart, and doesn’t want to grow up. She also teases her brother (which normally would have no effect but she’s twelve, she doesn’t realize how much the bullying from others has effected Dipper), is not interested in Mysteries and is just in it for the fun, and is selfish. She makes mistakes and, when she hurts her friends, apologizes for it.
This is the theory that is if something happens multiple times, people stop noticing it. They recognize the event happened subconsciously, but move on. When something rare happens, people take notice of it. That’s why the moments when Mabel messes up are so blown out of proportion with the fandom. Once she messes up once, they’re going to look for those tiny mistakes and look at them under a microscope severely limiting their range of vision.
Has Mabel made mistakes? Of course she has. We all have. Has she made the types of mistakes that deem her as a “horrible” person?
Well… no.
Dipper and Mabel love each other so much. Even though Dipper hates himself, even though he’s an angry ball of fire, he loves his sister and that’s so powerful because there’s so many people out there that hate themselves. So many kids that are told that they need to learn to like themselves before they can love other people.
You know, that’s a bunch of bullshit. Because I hate myself. I despise a lot about myself that I’m constantly trying to fix. But I love my brothers, I love my family, I love my friends. I might not fight for myself but I would fight for them and maybe–just maybe–I’ll learn how to love myself along the way.
Posting this here bc God knows I've neglected my Tumblr
Anyways Mabel's new Summerween matching costumes idea ft Bill who tailored their new cult robes definitely not for Silas Birchtree's cult of Ciphertology

A small glimpse of Blackhat's and Whitehat's.... complicated "relationship".
Despitebeing a pacifist, Whitehat won't hesitate to fight back against anyone who dare threatens innocent people in her presence. Blackhat knows this by the black void in his chest. Even though he made it clear to the criminal underworld that Whitehat is off limits, apparently some miscreant didn't get the memo. It's not because of some lovey-dovey reason, no, it's more of a vanity reason. Whitehat is the only one who could match him and is worthy to be called HIS rival, as he is to her. If she were to be defeated, it will be done by his hands and NO ONE ELSE'S.
Whitehat on the other hand coincidentally shares the same sentiment. Honestly, she can't imagine anyone else taking Blackhat's place as the bane of her existence, and hopes no one ever will. Dealing with Blackhat was already exhausting enough, she can't deal with another one like him. (She doesn't know about Buff Blackhat
In conclusion, they're rivals, enemies to the bitter end, nothing more, nothing less.
