(Sorry about the picture quality guys, I don't know how to make it better 😭)
She is absolute beauty and perfection in its purest form
On one hand it's so silly and cute like hehe🥺 but on the other hand...a lover of solitude and personal space wouldn't appreciate it >.< /no negative
Vertin: *just opens the door and walks in*
Someone: *explodes*
Somehow I think that if John Titor had a phone now, it would be a button phone, some old model that you barely find now
Okay, this may sound weird, but I'm pretty sure it's her. Just listen to the "parasyte" opening, especially that moment at 1:02-1:20 (and 2:35 too!!)
I mention these moments because these are the lines that I associate with her mostly. I'll just leave it here
1:02-1:20
Aa hitori naiteita tonari no kimi ga toikakeru
Dakara bokura yorisoi ikiru kirameku made
("Hey, why are you crying?" I ask you, next to me
That's why we live so close together, until we shine)
2:35
Aa mata kimi no me ni itsumo no asa ga utsurikomu
Nagareru namida ga kieteyuku
(Ah, the usual morning reflected in your eyes
Is disappearing in the tears flowing from them)
JUST... DON'T ASK ME😭😭 I can really see her in this. When I hear those lines, I feel her. I just automatically start thinking about her at that moment. Maybe because these lines connect with both of us, and I feel like I'm sharing something personal right now. It's really something special to me <3
I also think she would have loved the song and really listened to it. And she would probably watch that anime
I love John Titor ♡
I hope you are well this fall. Take care of yourself🧡🍄
I admire her and love her endlessly <3
live laugh love John Titor!
Idk if someone before me has done this, but if you find that there are similar posts already out there, please let me know <3
Probably some already know this, but the titles of the main plot chapters refer to different book titles.
"In our time" (1st chapter) - the title of Hemingway's collection released in 1925. It mainly contains stories about life before the First World War. People lead a usual, measured life, but there's always a sense that happiness is fleeting and tragedy is nearby.
"Tender is the night" refers to the famous work "Tender Is the Night" by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The book reflects the real relationship between the writer and his wife during the 1920s (Google her and you'll find a striking resemblance to an Italian woman).
"Nouvelles et Textes pour Rien" (3rd chapter) - the title of a collection of stories by Irish writer Samuel Beckett. The main characters of the stories are forced to leave their old lives in search of a new place where they'll be fine. Like Vertine and her classmates who wanted to be free.
"El oro de los tigres" (Gold of the Tigers) - a collection of poems authored by Jorge Luis Borges. I didn't identify any possible plot similarities with the game, but the title likely just hints at Madame Z's development during the 4th chapter (From Doe to Tigress).
