Taliyah: *makes a cake but mixes up the salt and sugar*
Her friends: *literally wondering how someone who looks cute could be so FUCKING stupid*
Hey! So, my dash is super, duper dead, so Iād appreciate it if you guys could do me a REALLY big favor!!
She's 4'9 but she's strong
Please don't anger the smol
You'll get a rock thrown at you, square in the face
Okay, okay, I hear you- Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā Ā but what if we, instead, try slaughtering them all?
Public speaking was just never really my thing, you know?
Taliyah was stunned . How dare he ? Steal a peach ring then stare her in the eyes as if he did nothing wrong ? ! The woman stared at her husband for a moment or two before closing the bag of candies .
" Excuse me . I want justice . "
sire-crownguard:
While he was not surprised that she already showed him such a display of respect, it brought a small pang of a prick to his chest. It was not that she was truly respected him, it was out of necessity⦠and perhaps⦠fear⦠Again, he did not blame the woman for such reactions, they were natural, but it did not stop the panging in his chest, and the guilt that went unseen atop his shoulders.
A soft mutter to himself, a quiet curse of annoyance. Most pertricite shackles were unstable, but of course⦠they were not meant to be taken off. Their intention was to bind, and then⦠most would wear them to their grave, which was likely nothing more than a large hole away from the innocent and evil eyes of the world.
Ā Ā He grabbed Taliyahās hand with a delicate touch, unfitting of one which seemed as threatening as him. But, rather than the plain gesture, he turned her hand gently, so her palm faced down, and his other hand reached towards the shackle. Pinching a part of it between two fingers, he stared blankly, like he was considering somethingā¦
Ā Ā And then, as though it was only as sturdy as a dried twig, it cracked from the pressure. Like when a single thread was ripped from a web, the rest seemed to crack, and it fell off of her wrist. He hesitated, not letting go quite yet, using the hand that broke it to gently dust off any of the remaining, small shards of petricite, that would be like burning embers upon a mageās skin, should they remain too longā¦
Ā Ā Without another delay, he did the same with the other shackle, and the pathetic remains simply clattered to the ground, forgotten, abandoned⦠and at this point, useless. A small triumph in his mindāa single less weapon against the innocent who are unfortunate to be⦠vulnerable.
Ā Ā āI apologize for not doing that sooner.ā His voice was low, strong and steady. A small smile found its way onto his expression, followed with a minute tilt of his head to the side. āBut it matters not if they overreacted⦠That is not a topic I wish to delve in any further, however.ā Likely, it would be best for both of them to not dwell on the things that happen here.
Ā Ā How innocent must a girl like this be? He envied her, to a degree. Ignorancewas bliss, but too much bliss was toxin. Garen cleared his throat, and the next words he spoke were slow, but at least clear, and spoken in the native tongue of the unfortunate visitor.
Ā Ā āIt is a pleasure to meet someone like you, Taliyah Levy.ā
TaliyahĀ wasĀ alwaysĀ aĀ fanĀ ofĀ tallĀ people .Ā Big ,Ā strong ,Ā ableĀ toĀ killĀ her . . .Ā TheĀ fearĀ wasĀ alwaysĀ replacedĀ byĀ curiosity .Ā EvenĀ afterĀ meetingĀ Sett ,Ā aĀ 7ā²8Ā beast ,Ā sheĀ wasĀ interested .Ā AndĀ GarenĀ definitelyĀ gotĀ onĀ herĀ goodĀ side .
WhenĀ heĀ hadĀ grabbedĀ herĀ small ,Ā coldĀ hands ,Ā sheĀ knewĀ whatĀ heĀ couldĀ do .Ā HeĀ couldĀ easilyĀ breakĀ herĀ fragileĀ bones ,Ā yetĀ heĀ didĀ somethingĀ better .Ā HeĀ crushedĀ theĀ binds .
TaliyahĀ letĀ outĀ aĀ surprisedĀ gaspĀ whenĀ heĀ had .Ā NoĀ matterĀ howĀ hardĀ theĀ shurimanĀ hadĀ struggled ,Ā theyĀ refusedĀ toĀ moveĀ toĀ aĀ betterĀ position ,Ā yetĀ Garen . . .Ā HeĀ just . . .
TheĀ shortĀ womanĀ staredĀ upĀ atĀ him ,Ā eyesĀ wideĀ withĀ shockĀ andĀ excitement .Ā āĀ ThankĀ you ,Ā sire !Ā That -Ā howĀ didĀ you -Ā hm . . .Ā āĀ AĀ soldierĀ perhaps ?Ā MaybeĀ aĀ guardĀ forĀ theĀ royalĀ orĀ royalĀ himselfĀ .Ā ProbablyĀ whyĀ heāsĀ referredĀ toĀ asĀ Sire .Ā AndĀ thatĀ build . . .
āĀ IfĀ youĀ donātĀ mindĀ meĀ asking ,Ā doĀ youĀ fightĀ withĀ yourĀ fistsĀ orĀ aĀ sword ?Ā StrengthĀ likeĀ thatĀ meansĀ youĀ fight ,Ā noĀ doubt .Ā YouĀ lookĀ tooĀ youngĀ toĀ beĀ theĀ general ,Ā butĀ if . . .Ā No . . .Ā Ā āĀ TaliyahĀ rambled .Ā IfĀ oneĀ couldnātĀ tell ,Ā sheĀ enjoysĀ guessingĀ andĀ speaking .Ā PeopleĀ inĀ generalĀ wasĀ somethingĀ sheāsĀ goodĀ at .Ā MaybeĀ thatāsĀ whyĀ SwainĀ hadĀ spokenĀ toĀ her .
TaliyahĀ gentlyĀ rubbedĀ herĀ wristsĀ asĀ sheĀ thought .Ā TheyĀ wereĀ red ,Ā probablyĀ redderĀ thanĀ herĀ cheeksĀ wheneverĀ complimented .Ā TheĀ stoneĀ feltĀ rough . . .Ā WasĀ itĀ supposedĀ toĀ eventuallyĀ digĀ intoĀ herĀ skinĀ andĀ causeĀ blood ?Ā MaybeĀ sheĀ shouldāveĀ heededĀ theĀ warnings . . .
Wait ,Ā didĀ GarenĀ sayĀ something ?Ā TaliyahĀ lookedĀ backĀ upĀ atĀ him ,Ā smilingĀ widely .Ā Ā āĀ Please ,Ā callĀ meĀ Taliyah !Ā OrĀ Tali !Ā āĀ Ā
half-beast-bastard:
āArak, eh?ā He asked. He made a loud, but brief, whistle, and a man in fine attire rushed over, looking up at Sett with wide eyes, only to meet Settās specialty grin, showing off his devastatingly sharp fangs.
āGet the girl a glass of Arak, halved.ā He ordered, āAnd get me a Bilgewater Blood Rum.ā
The man nodded and rushed off, and he turned his attention to Taliyah once again.
āNow, tell me⦠Why Ionia? Why come so far from your homeland?ā He wouldnāt lie.. even he got curious about the few people who proved themselves to be exceptionally different.
TaliyahĀ stayedĀ unwaveringĀ throughĀ theĀ loudĀ whistle ,Ā moreĀ interestedĀ onĀ whatĀ thisĀ guyĀ wasĀ upĀ to .Ā MostĀ hardlyĀ giveĀ herĀ aĀ secondĀ glanceĀ ifĀ sheĀ wasĀ inĀ IonianĀ fashion ,Ā whichĀ sheĀ is ,Ā soĀ whatāsĀ hisĀ deal ?Ā IsĀ SettĀ asĀ curiousĀ asĀ her ?
AsĀ theĀ manĀ walkedĀ off ,Ā TaliyahĀ gaveĀ himĀ aĀ quickĀ āĀ ThankĀ youĀ āĀ beforeĀ respondingĀ toĀ TheĀ Boss .
ā Simple .Ā MyĀ masterĀ isĀ here .Ā IĀ traveledĀ quiteĀ aĀ bitĀ toĀ findĀ someoneĀ toĀ teachĀ meĀ whenĀ IĀ wasĀ sixteen ,Ā andĀ IĀ finallyĀ foundĀ aĀ manĀ whoĀ couldĀ doĀ it .Ā Yes ,Ā heĀ mayĀ beĀ aĀ drunk ,Ā butĀ heĀ wasĀ theĀ bestĀ IĀ had .Ā ShurimaāsĀ needsĀ separatedĀ us ,Ā andĀ IĀ leftĀ toĀ fightĀ theĀ corruptedĀ ascended ,Ā Xerath .Ā However ,Ā IāmĀ stillĀ notĀ allĀ thatĀ stable .Ā ā
HerĀ hazelĀ eyesĀ glancedĀ fromĀ sideĀ toĀ sideĀ beforeĀ standingĀ onĀ herĀ tipĀ toes ,Ā aĀ mischievousĀ glintĀ inĀ herĀ eyes .Ā āĀ KeepĀ itĀ betweenĀ youĀ andĀ me ,Ā butĀ theĀ emperorĀ AzirĀ looksĀ moreĀ likeĀ aĀ glorifiedĀ chickenĀ thanĀ aĀ leader .Ā āĀ SheĀ whisperedĀ playfully .
@heart-of-stone from ā¶
It wasnāt like this was the safest place in the world--In fact, quite the opposite, unless someone had Settās heavy hand resting upon their shoulder, and he wanted to make sure they were safe. Then even Jarvan Lightshield the Fourth, with his closest confidant and bodyguard beside him wouldnāt be half as safe as the one beside the infamous Half-beast.
And as he set his hand on her shoulder, a heavy weight, but not crushing, she was put right on that list. Until he decided otherwise, at least.
āEh, itās not an Ionian thing. And donāt worry too much, doll. Itās more of an... acquired taste.ā He grinned, leaning forward a bit, hunching to lessen the size difference, at least somewhat.
āDonāt worry ābout that. Whatās a little scrap of a thing like you doing here? Get caught by the wrong person, and youāll end up in the cart. Unless you have a trick up your sleeve...ā
I apologize for my lack of posts- oorp and rp wise. I haven't felt very creative recently and I've been rather busy. I've been practicing the block button and it's been messing with my health. I hate having to use it.
I'll try posting when I feel better, alright? Again, I'm really sorry... This is a rp blog, not some dead shitpost spot

Now I'm in a really good mood. Which means that yes, while this is another ooc post, it ALSO blocks down the ideas I have for Taliyah's lore!
It all started, as you can probably guess, when she was back on the ship. Forced to choose between destroying a village and continue her learning path, or be thrown off the ship and probably die. Instead of dying herself, she chose to destroy the village.
That had started her whole career. Upon returning to her new home, Taliyah began her training. Her powers were strong and incredibly useful(even her lore says so), but unstable. She grew to the woman she is todayā a weapon for Noxus' military, being able to help in more ways than one. I apologize for my writing! I haven't slept in almost 24 hours.
24 years old
Does NOT have aquaphobia nor ptsd(she was not thrown into the harbor)
Born in Shurima, now a citizen of Noxus
Whatever she lacks in smarts is returned in determination and strength
Despite her unapproachable appearance, Taliyah is still kind. She isn't as easy to open up in her main verse, but it's still manageable
