When you all meet up, there is this awkward silence, only for Hawks to speak up and just to treat it as a normal hang out. You agree and so does Fanon, but as the three of you walk around, people begin to harrass you for being with Fanon and Hawks. So Fanon decides to go out of his way to hold you close and tell people to back offf from "his" mate. This causes mass confusion and now everyone is flocking over to Hawks, who in turn decides to do the same thing with you. Now all of Japan thinks you are in some weird polyamorous Hawks-cest relationship

Current brain rot is Dabi being protective of Hawks before they meet up again as adults. When the LOV is in a meeting with another group and they bring up targeting Hawks, everyone pauses and looks to Dabi for direction because he made it clear that the No. 2 hero will not be one of their targets. When Hawks turned 18, Dabi had the news on constantly to catch his debut and after all these years finally see and hear about Keigo again, even if its from a distance. When Hawks is up against quirks he struggles against, Dabi keeps himself in the area. Just in case.

When Hawks meets up with him, Dabi wants to be upset. He wants to be angry that someone is forcing his Keigo to put himself in this dangerous situation. That they'd force Hawks to be corrupted by hanging around people like him. He wants to be angry, but he's too busy searching every inch of Hawks' face for changes that couldn't be seen on TV or in pictures.

Anyone else love that even when Hawks is relaxed his eyes remain sharp and predatorial? Man's always alert even when he is relaxed. That carefree attitude of a man who could kill you in an instant if he felt like it? Hot.

Seeing that Hawks canonically says things like 'ain't', makes me relieved because then I don't have to suppress my southern dialect as much, though I still do. Until he says shit like wouldn't've and shouldn't've, I'll stick to the bare minimum of him saying 'ain't' very rarely.
