The Metatron and Crowley know each other. Crowley is the only one in a room full of high ranking angels that recognized him. And the Metatron even fucking called him out on it. “What about you, demon? Do you know me?” And Crowley’s casual answer speaks VOLUMES. “Last time I saw you, you were a big, floating giant head, man.”

Side note: Throne or Dominion or above. Fucking yikes, Crowley. My bet was on him being a Virtue, but apparently he’s even higher than that, especially with the mention of him knowing the Metatron personally.
