also there's an entire miniseries where PB changes Marcy but it's to what MARCY wanted. if PB wanted to control Marcy that badly, she would've just declined to revive her, or never even made the machine in the first place. it's easier to control someone who has a limit on the kind of food they eat and when they can go outside, isn't it? not to mention she'd prefer it if Marcy lived forever with her.
