today was your birthday, the date you hated the most in your life, so you decided not to tell anyone because you knew that if you told someone, that person would definitely make you celebrate, but you didn't want it happened at all. you got out of bed, taking out your cell phone and checking the messages. it was jean, his best friend and almost boyfriend. he had sent a congratulatory message, along with several emojis of happy people and birthday cakes. you rolled your eyes and just responded with a thank you. you looked out the window, and you could barely see anything, not least because the snow that accumulated on the window glass ended up fogging your whole view. this was the best time of year for you, as you were able to lie in bed under the covers while having a hot chocolate and watching a series on tv. and that’s what you’ve programmed for today. as you had just woken up, you chose to take a cold suit and go into the bathroom, undressing to go into the shower and take a hot shower. you also washed your hair, finishing the shower ten minutes later, leaving the shower and drying yourself, putting your clothes on. you went back to your room, sitting in the small armchair that you had beside your bed and started reading a book that you started those days, when your studies didn't hinder your reading habit. however, his reading was interrupted when he heard the sound of his bell ringing throughout the house, which made you feel strange, not least because you had not scheduled anyone to spend the day at your house. you got up off the couch, down the stairs quickly, walking to the front door and opening, seeing a jean with a smile on his face as he held a birthday cake, along with some candles indicating the number of the age he was making today.
