I haven't been this connected to a Grey’s Anatomy episode in awhile, but tonights was so powerful and important for tons of reasons:
It doesn't gloss over either event of assault or mention it once then brush them off
it shows a more in depth process and legality of consent with the rape kit
it shows very realistic fears and accusations that a survivor might/will face when stepping forward
and maybe the most important, it shows the power and comfort of women standing together to give support
I wish I could find the words to describe the pain and pride I felt while watching. The writing was beautiful. Some people are going to complain about how Jo “brushed off” Alex or how there wasn’t any “proper” character development, but this episode was so important to spread proper awareness and that to me seems more important.
Let's start this blog off strong with a picture of my dog!
The Avengers (2012) - Avengers Endgame (2019)
don’t get me wrong I’m super excited that it’s getting a full series, but now I’m late to the party
As sad as it was to see Luke Perry’s final appearance in tonight's it still warmed my heart to see him as the same good character I’ve always loved. He will be dearly missed and I can only hope that they remain as respectful with his character as they were with the memoriam.
- Rest In Peace Luke Perry ❤️
Can we please let Kevin be happy?!?! This is the second time a relationship has been dangled in front of him and he continuously gets screwed over
I’m such an idiot. when I heard that ‘friends’ was being removed from Netflix I thought they meant that you couldn't have multiple accounts and everyone either had to share one or get their own. I just now realized that they meant the show
This is why it's moving around in there
