Okay so the way I headcannon him is I wanna say he comes out to his brother (I named him Danny). And his brother was like "Kewl what name do you wanna be Called?" His brother is his no 1 supporter and gets him through his transition and days when he feels dysphoric.

Using a personal experience from an old friend his brother and his mom help him get on pubery blockers so he can eventually get on Tesosterone.

For some reason since we don't hear jack shit about his parents I headcannon his mom is supportive, but his dad a homophobic transphobic piece of shit.

I also headcannon him as Bi so he's Bi and Trans.

The first person he comes out to at NRC is Deuce because well him and Deuce are the closest I feel like Deuce wouldn't get it at first but he'd be supportive. (Cater overhears now the whole school knows)

He has a male cat named Kiki

He doesn't really find your interest bothersome just more of a "If you have any questions ask Jade." type of deal.

Although he'd be really thrown off if you suddenly wanted to start talking about Octopusses.

If you start ranting he would gladly listen to what information you have (and maybe make a contract so he can find information he doesn't have). He could also use this time to get blackmail unless it's something he already knows.

In a romantic sense, I feel he'd be a little upset and insecure if you talk about Moray Eels constantly. (SHOW HIM SOME LOVE TO SMH)

Overall is not really bothered but will exploit your information as blackmail.

Jade

He finds your interest in Moray eels adorable. He tries to answer any questions you may have he will tease you a little bit about your interest, but in return, you listen to him talk about mushrooms (Think of it as an information exchange). If you ask to see his eel form he'd be like "Oh? you wish to see my eel form?" he'd show you it since you asked nicely but would also give you a water-breathing potion so you can explore whatever body of water Octavinelle has.

I can imagine if you ask a myth about eels and he debunks It "Erm actually 🤓☝️" (joke)

Overall he'd be more helpful than Floyd would be

Floyd

Depending on Floyd's mood he will either be impressed and intrigued or annoyed.

So it's a 50/50 if you wanna ask questions. (Very helpful Floyd)

Although when you do have questions he'd either send you to Jade or drag you to the Octavinelle equivalent of an ocean. If you complain about clothes getting wet or the water being cold he'd be like, "Whaat? You asked."

If he's in a bad mood he would probably shoo you away or make some lie up leaving you to go find Jade.

Lilia

Lilia finds your interest amuzing. If he knows any information he'll give it to you if you ask nicely if he doesn't then he will help you get information by either going to Jade or reading about it via online or the library books.

He would gladly listen to your rants and whatever information you have to share he may even teach you a thing or two about Fae's.

Imagine him playing the Overwatch or Valorant equivalent (We are not a Fortnite household) clacking away on his keyboard while listening to you talk about how Moray Eels have poor eyesight so they need their nose (They have really good noses btw) to help them navigate.

And then it causes questions as to why Jade and Floyd aren't wearing glasses on land.

TWST Rant Atlantis

Okay so in the middle of writing the pirate fairy fic I was watching Atlantis the lost empire. And I was like since Atlantic sank what if like the lore of it is that Poseidon had a son named Triton (this is actual canon mythology lore) and created Triton to make life in Atlantis. I also read a book recently which is a twisted tale of the little mermaid where Ariel never defeated Ursula and it had some lore in it. Since Triton is technically a demigod doesn't that also make his daughters like quarter god? Meaning Ariel had god blood in her (That's lowkey crazy to think about) So what if there are still some people from Atlantis that are still living. Because in the movie Kida was like 8,000 something years old and her father started croaking and died when she was that old so Atlantean's could technically still be existing since they clearly have long life spans. And if the current Atlantis (Transformed Atlantica) what if they snatched a colonizer situation and they are using a newer language of Atlantean meaning Merfolk are actually on Atlantis indigenous land.

Imagine a Kida!Yuu meeting Azul and Azul speaks in a new Atlantean and Yuu is like excuse me did you just call my mother a frog??

We need more TWST lore because I am interested in how their civilization started where humans turned into half beasts and humans became dragons like I wanna know the lore.

you close your eyes and slip your phone into your pocket and knock on the door, keeping your eyes squeezed shut while you hear sounds behind the door. you can tell he only opened the door a crack at first before opening the door fully. his hand snatched yours and he began pulling you, where? you couldn’t say. it was silent, as always, and with your eyes closed all you could do was carefully walk behind him and pretend like your hand wasn’t sweating like hell in his. the walk was fairly short and you felt the fresh air after a minute or two so you could tell that you were outside. after another minute he slowly stops and you stop as well, eyes now more softly closed. you keep them closed and listen to the rustling and shuffling for a second before he says anything.

“salmon.”

you take that as your sign to open your eyes and when you do, you nearly gasped. there was a little blanket laid out with containers of fruit, bags of snacks, and small bottles of drinks. you feel your mouth fall into a pout, but the good kind. the kind where something is so cute you can’t do anything but pout. you look at him, his cheeks a little pink and his mouth exposed with a shy smile. you practically knock him over with a tackle as you hug him tightly, showing your gratitude as best as you could without your words. you two sat at the little blanket, eating snacks and stealing glances as soft music played from someone’s phone. it was sweet, almost scarily sweet. eventually you two were laying side by side on the blanket, looking up as stars slowly began popping up along the dark sky. you looked over at him for just a moment, admiring him before looking back up at the sky. suddenly toge sat up, urging you to join him. you sat up as well, watching him cover your eyes and motion for you to close them once again. you did just that and waited patiently.

“salmon.”

when you opened your eyes, again you were met with the cutest sight. toge holding a bouquet, seemingly handmade. he held it out to you, once again his face dusted with a cute pink. you took them carefully, taking the time to look at the individual flowers and smell the sweet scent. toge seemed to be getting impatient though. after only a minute he abruptly placed a hand on the bouquet and turned it, exposing a different side you hadn’t inspected yet.
