Thor, approaching the massive fortress of ice Loki constructed, followed by a small army: Brother! I am here to reclaim my place next to you! As we used to have in the old days!
Loki, addressing the Jotuns with him: Hold your fire, boys.
Thor: Tell your men to lower their weapons, I mean you no harm!
Loki, shouting: Thor, put your hands up so I know which one is you!
*Thor puts his hands up*
Loki, turning to one of the Jotuns: Kill the one with his hands up.
i can't be the only one who's noticed just how fucked up the concept of loki joining the tva is, right? i personally haven't seen anyone talk about this but it's one of the main things that makes me so uncomfortable about the show.
like, let me describe this without using any of the language that the series does;
a secret police dedicated to killing entire groups of people "for the greater good," one day picks up a man from one of these groups and tells him that if he doesn't help them catch the person who is trying to take them down, they will straight up kill him.
he is then given a coat to wear, branded with the secret police's logo, as well as clarification in huge red letters that he is NOT one of the secret police— he is part of the group the secret police kills.
this secret police is marketed as morally gray, and the company who makes the show releases merch for you to dress up as the secret police (or as the group that they kill) for fun because they want you to think this is cute and aesthetic.
and also the secret police uses gas chambers.
oh and also also, people draw cutesy ship art of this man and the "good cop" cuddling, while the man is clearly labeled and wearing a bland jumpsuit that the secret police forces him to wear.
Isn't "shipping yourself with real people" just... having a crush? Why is that in your DNI?
It's meant to be about celebrities and youtubers. Crushes on classmates and friends differs from making ship art/writing of yourself and some random shmuck that makes comedy content online, or some dude who acts in movies, you know? Haha.
Parasocial relationship stuff is what I meant.
what a good day to remember that butch lesbians (ESPECIALLY trans, poc, and/or fat butch lesbians) aren’t fucking predatory
One of my biggest guilty pleasures is ‘Lego Marvel’s Maximum overload’.
It’s so stupid, I love it so much.
There are so many scenes I could point to, so many lines, so many moments that are just so ridiculous, even by Lego standards, that... you should just watch it, honestly.
The full movie is free on YouTube right now, please. It’s also less than a half an hour long.
It’s ridiculous, and also, I believe, based somewhat on the Ultimate Spiderman TV show. (Which gives it extra points in my book.)
If you do end up watching it because of me, please comment on this post or reblog with your thoughts. I’m so curious as to what other people think of it, lol.
I’m also going to end this off by pointing out that Lego!Loki shares Lego!Doc Oc’s hairstyle.
Saw your answer to the Bucky and Loki bingo and also saw an old post about a couple bingo (this one). So what are your thoughts in Bucky and Loki as romantic partners?
...Nah.
I can only see the two being platonic, tbh. It's like Stephen x Loki, it doesn't make sense to me and feels a bit forced, ngl.
I’m reblogging this because I’ve added a transcript of the comment for those who don’t want to or can’t read it on the screenshot. Wasn’t thinking about that when I made the initial post, oops. It’s under a drop down though, because I don’t want it to clog.

Facing the Struggle as Queer Transgender Refugees ,We Need your kind support 🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈
Hi there,
I’m AshleymilesPhil, a transgender queer refugee, and I’m reaching out with an urgent plea. Life in the refugee camp is unimaginably harsh for our LGBTIQ community. Daily persecution is constantly hanging over our necks, and we’re battling diseases like malaria, tuberculosis, typhoid, HIV/AIDS, and cholera. Combined with extreme shortages of food, clean water, medicine, and safe shelter, every single day is a fight for survival.
Your support can make a life-saving difference. Any donation, no matter how small, can help provide essentials like food, clean water, and medical care for our community. If you’re in a position to give, please consider contributing to our GoFundMe:
If donating isn’t possible, you can still make a huge impact by reblogging or sharing one of my pinned posts. Spreading the word helps amplify our voices, which have been silenced for far too long.
Thank you for your compassion, kindness, and for standing with us in this fight for survival. Your support, whether through donations or sharing our story, means the world to us.
With gratitude,
AshleymilesPhil
I'll put it up to spread the word, because unfortunately, I don't have the money to donate. I hope you and your loved ones get through this rough time okay!
Steve decides to start incorporating team building exercises, with the real problems being Pietro and Wanda’s trust in Stark and the mutual trust between Loki and Thor. (As well as Loki and everyone else, except Peter P.) However, Peter decides to suggest another way of doing things after noticing everyone’s starting to get really bored of the old methods from Steve’s era, as well as many of them getting into fights during the exercises.
So Peter decides to suggest to Steve that they do something else, at least every other time they do these exercises. The suggestion is a bit strange to Steve at first, but after encouragement from an eavesdropping Sam, they decide to go through with it.
Next thing the public knows, word goes out that the Avengers have a YouTube channel. Sure enough, a channel featuring everyone doing miscellaneous tasks and challenges could be found.
Most of the team were hesitant about it at first, that is until some of them started getting fanmail and gifts sent to the tower. Tony gets letters from people who look up to him, Bruce gets letters from people giving advice on how to keep calm and empathizing with him in some cases, Loki even gets a few letters from people about how ever since he became an Avenger he’s become their hero, etc.
They basically end up becoming internet personalities by accident, and their team building goes from rocky and hating being on camera, to suddenly becoming more of a team and gaining trust with one another subconsciously while being preoccupied in trying to entertain the audience/fans.
-And that’s how the Avengers crew ended up getting into social media.
It basically ends up being like ten minute power hour, lol.
