Meet Mel and Donut

Mel was the victor of the 72nd hunger games and is from district 8

She grew up on a sheep farm next to a village in the middle of nowhere

I have a lot to say about this farm and how her name got pulled but I don’t want to get into it right now

She won her games by taming a wolf mutation who fought alongside her/for her

This is Donut she’s a huge wolf, probably as big as a Mastiff with huge teeth and claws that was made to kill, but the capital forgot to take out the pack bonding and after a joint traumatic experience Mel and Donut became inseparable

Here’s the joke part since Donut is a wolf and looks like a big fluffy husky she became so popular that no one even remembers Mel

Even on official documents and public appearances Donut is labeled the victor instead of Mel

Mel and Donut mostly just live on her parents sheep farm next to a village that’s so small and remote they didn’t even know there was a war

I actually do want to talk about the village now

I don’t think the capital has enough resources to have control over everyone in North America, I’m not talking about the well documented small town I’m talking about the random groups of people that live in the middle of nowhere and Alaska

What the capital just thinks is Mel’s dad and uncle’s sheep farm is a small village of less than 300 people, there lives are still terrible but there’s no peacekeepers

I love making us an ocs it’s part of my enjoyment of media sometimes there story altering and change huge chunks of the story and sometimes there small joke ocs that have little to no baring on the plot, and sometimes there an oc that is active in the story but the plot doesn’t change all that much.

Like my ATLA oc Mebh in the context of the show she has very little say in the story. And that on purpose I love avatar and I wouldn’t want to change it in a au and risk butchering it’s themes and story. After avatar and lok however are free rain in my mind. So here’s my atla au.

The spirit would in my mind is a bridge between other worlds it has many connections to many different places

One of those places is the world of the avatar and then there’s the world of witch’s

Mebh grew up in this world where magic and spells rain supreme, but magic is extremely difficult and laws limit it’s use to the upper classes with people having to go to extremely expensive schools and gain permission from the raining sovereign to practice magic

Mebh is a lower class girl from a small town

In the beginning of the series we would know nothing about her backstory just know she practiced magic illegally and got stuck in the world of avatar along with her familiar a owl griffin named peaches

Lost she runs into Zuko and Iroh during the first year of his banishment, she saves there lives from something and iroh decides to help her and she joins them on the ship

Mebh doesn’t ever help zuko on his journey to find the avatar, even after they find aang, but she never hinders it she just there to hangout with iroh and go through iroh therapy

She’s not really out of place and you can just assume for the most part that she’s a non bender with a weird look

She has light red hair that she keeps in two long braids and her clothes are a mix of fire nation, earth nation, and a earasaid so yea she stands out

Before the raid of the northern water tribe her magic is hinted at but due to how different it is she still only practices it In secret but now with the help of iroh who helps her figure out spells and magic

During the raid on the northern water tribe she mostly stays with iroh until the moon spirit scene

Mebhs people hold the moon in very high regard and credit it as there patron so when general zhao kills it she immediately attacks him with magic and only stopping when aang and the ocean spirit work together

After this her secret is out and she uses magic a lot more

You know sometimes I think I'm faking my autism and sometimes I'm sitting in a hotel lobby just trying not to have an anxiety attack because my grandpa wanted the room to get cleaned, ruining my plan to draw on my iPad and relax and now I'm in a over and under stimulated limbo and my interest in anything has completely vanished.

5-minute oc! Victoria for Haikyuu

So I don’t feel obligated to stick to one hyper fixation I am writing this.

I haven’t seen Haikyuu since it left Netflix but I’ve had this idea for a long time.

Meet Victoria a 4’11” American exchange student living with her grandma and grandpa in Tokyo and goes to Nekoma High. Her mom told her to join a club and she randomly met the previous volleyball team manager that is now graduated, Victorias mom professionally played volleyball before retiring in her late 30’s, so she said why not and joined. On her first day she takes one look at the team, thinks there to fucking loud and decided to just do her manager duties with as little interaction as possible. So much so that only coach knows what she looks like, Kuroo and by extension Nobuyuki Kai and Kenma, only knows of her existence and nothing else. In contrast to most of the characters Victoria doesn’t particularly like volleyball and is kind of apathetic, stubborn, extremely sarcastic, and very straight and to the point. She was planning on continuing her ruse until graduation, until that overnight practice thing they did. Her grandpa found out about it and forced her to go. She stayed around the other managers and almost stabbed a couple players with a plastic knife. Afterwards though it’s safe to say that she can’t hide anymore and she will now be forced to use her vast bank of knowledge about volleyball, she just hopes they don’t find out who her mom is. But on the bright side she now has 14 easy targets to mock all the time.

Titans part 4

Wow it’s been a while with this one! I wanted to sort of lay out a few good ideas for the first season of titans since I never touched it in my first posts. So without further ado here it is:

Let’s get this out of the way nightwing is nightwing from the very beginning no stupid still robin stuff he is nightwing and he moved out of Bruce’s manner.

Cory’s memory loss is fine but I want badass alien star so she is shipwrecked on earth and hiding from her crazy sister

Raven can keep her name for a civilian identity but she goes by her nickname raven, she stays the depressed goth kid who witnessed her moms murder.

And gar is mostly fine but I want to add some things to him since I only really remembering him being very bland, first he’s the theater kid, you don’t have to lie about green hair in theater dyed hair is the norm, but i don’t know if I want to put him in tech or as a actor. Nope great idea he’s in tech which makes him a jack of all traits, the April has a crane license in rottmnt.

Now I of course will now be adding the wonderful and amazing victor stone aka cyborg! Man I missed this guy, he was probably my favorite character in the animated show. He plays high school football and is friends with gar and knows about gars powers, he also knows raven from poetry club

In titans they also introduced Jason Todd as a recurring character but I don’t like that so we will push him to later

Time for PLOT!!!!

In the beginning not much will change for raven and dick, her mom still dies and dick is trying to help her get to a safe place and there being chased by something evil like demons that dick has been searching for for months

Now the deviations gar and victor and walking home from school and they are just about to meet up with victors dad, dr. Stone at his job when Cory’s ship crashes and victor gets caught in the blast, the group rushes him inside and dr. Stone has them bring him to his lab, cyborg is here!

Raven and dick also witness the crash and rush over to help by this time they where able to shake the demons but the crash makes them come back, they are getting destroyed by these demons when star sees them and comes out to help, cyborg is still processing what just happened with his dad and gar, somehow they end up coming to the conclusion that since gar and his family knows a lot about being an outsider cyborg might stay with them a while, we have a heartfelt scene with cyborg and his dad before

Star crashes into the window after being thrown by the demons!

Star gave the group an upper hand but after a while it wasn’t enough, gar and cyborg now join and we get a epic fighting as a team battle

Afterwords dr. Stone comes out to see if his son is ok and recognizes dick from the many times he has worked with Batman, and we have a catch up scene with the group and they realize that there are going to be a lot more demons and someone need to stop them this transitions into the titans tower and the team is now formed.

This is rather a two part episode with more plot I didn’t go over or above is part 1 and below is part 2

Now next episode

Titans tower is an old Wayne building that is sadly unprepared for its new job so dick calls Alfred, no not Bruce he’s still mad at Bruce for whatever reason, Alfred can’t make it so he sends Jason to drop of the stuff instead.

Now time for Jason Todd, now you might ask oh egglantine how will you integrate Jason one of your favorite Battfam members into the story?

I won’t

Yea I love the guy but this is titans and in order to avoid the transition into a Batman show Jason Todd will not be a recurring character. There will be cameos but any story that involves him will be a dick Grayson storyline.

I actually have the idea that as the show progresses the Batfam will be more comic relief or a running gag of no one knows how many siblings dick actually has and dick never tells

*titans in a later season calling batcave* Dick: hi Jason! Gar: wait Jason!! I thought he was dead!!! Jason eating a bagel: yea I’ve been good for like 6 years now Dick: that time you tried to kill us was pretty crazy though 😊 Titans: 😦

I wish that I could consistently write things about my au ideas because my brain is just absolutely full of aus an ocs for just about every hyper fixation I have ever had and I just want to get them out! Yes some of them are trash(ok maybe most of them) but I'm legitimately proud of some like molly, I feel like molly is a good one if a bit boring. And now Im re-working my Celtic gods au story since I realized that if I read it on ao3 I would find It boring and uninteresting.

i'm trying to farm Farosh in TOTK for armor and i keep getting scales not fang shards so here is some story for the pjo celtic au.

While I haven't read the trials of Apollo or the sun and the star, I know that Jason Grace is dead and I'm pretty sure he doesn't show up in the underworld. My fix for this is that Jason's mortal grandmother is Welsh and her spirit is in the kingdom of Annwn, after finding out her grandson died she asked the king to bring his spirit to Annwn so she could give him a loving home. the king agrees and Jason's spirit is brought to Annwn

Annwn is actually a lot like the land of the living but it is said to be a paradise for all who live there. Jason goes through the transition from life to death rather uneventfully, he meets his grandmother and a lot of his ancestors, spirits are given grief counseling to process their death and because of how traumatic Jason's life was he was given a therapist. his therapist suggests hiking in the nearby parks and woods to help relax, on one of these hikes he trips and falls right on top a young girl

Aisling had been very stressed the last few days, she had a test coming up, a very important test. Every young student of magic goes through it, the formation of her very own wand. A wand is deeply connected to its wielder, the person must show off who they are inside and bare their soul to a pure silver medallion. The wand made from those materials contains a part of its creator's magic and soul, strong in the hands of another but most powerful in its creator's hands.

She knew that the test is really a formality, her parents and teachers had told her multiple times. But the nagging fear of failure was always there. So she studied in the forest by her home, practicing using the practice wand that barely worked half the time and reading spellbooks. Her aunt Morigon would surely test her on magical knowledge and trivia. You see Aisling wasn't a normal kid, well for starters she knew magic and lived in the faerie realm during summers and holidays, but she was also a Demi-god, half god half mortal. Her Dad was king Arawn and her mom, well she had two moms, see about 200 years ago the king and queen met and fell in love with a mortal woman by the name of Mary, Aislings mum, so her moms are queen mary and queen Fiona. That also meant her Aunt Morigan was The Morigan goddess of fate, death, war, and lots of other stuff.

So she studied, and today was supposed to be no different but one moment Aisling was reading about shield spells and the next she was smashed to the ground under a huge weight.

PJO Celtic gods au intro

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to actually post this au I have been working on it for a long time and probably has the most content out of anything I make. So let begin!

There are Celtic gods, the gods from Ireland, Great Britain, and Gaul. In cannon we know there are not many left and more are fading away. Now the au, due to all the fading the gods have all come to gather under there Irish name the Tuatha De Dahann or children of the Danu, and to the gods that apply they go as either there Irish, welsh, Scottish, or very rarely there name from gaul. For example Lugh is the Irish name but Lugus is the Gaulish name(think Roman and Greek). For simplicity the gods basically fuse there other names together and go by one name now, so the Gaulish god once known as Lugus now goes by Lugh and is the same person as the Irish god Lugh. The gods that appear in the au are Lugh, the Morrigan, Dian Cecht, Cailleach, Aengus Og, Brigd, Manannan Mac Lir, and Arawn.

Not all of these gods are major figures in Celtic mythology and the loss of many major gods is the reason the gods now raise and are very close to and protective of there Demi-god children. Celtic Demi-gods also have not had to deal with monsters like other Demi-gods due to the close relationships between the people and magical creatures. But although they are safer they have to deal with the responsibilities of the faded and older Demi-gods work as or even fully become minor gods. They used to have a school for the Demi-gods and even mortal children to teach them life skills in the mortal world, magic, and other skills, sadly due to there not being enough students it was shut down in 1902 and a small after school and summer day program is used instead that focuses on teaching magic and self defense. The school and program are run by fairies employed by the gods that are also in charge of the seasons but if you have ever seen Ireland and Great Britain they don’t change much.

I introduced the fairies before in the post about porcupine so I won’t go over them here.

Unlike the greek gods who moved to the US the Celtic gods stayed in Ireland and Great Britain since they’re connected to the Irish people and the island itself not western culture. Some Demi-gods do live in the US like Aisling who lives in Modesto California(my hometown because I find it funny) since her ma works in viticulture.

Aisling is one of the main characters in this au along with her family, her dad is the god Arawn. Now in the mythology Arawn has a wife but nothing is known about her so I made her a actual character, Fiona in known as ma to there children, and Mary is known as mum. Arawn and Fiona have been married for centuries and in the late 17 hundreds or early 18 hundreds they met Mary a 40 year old childless widow and all three fell in love and got married turning Mary into a minor goddess and second queen of Annwn. Together they have 4 sons Patrick, Sean, Gillian, and Bart and 1 daughter Aisling. Patrick is the oldest at 24, the twins Sean and Gillian are 22, Bart is 20, and the youngest Aisling is 16.

Just a little doodle of Anabeth and Percy

Just got procreate and I am loving it. So I decided to draw another character from my Percy Jackson au. Meet General Porcupine, her dads a satyr and her moms a tracker/guard fairy. And although she is short compared to most guard fairies, who are around 7-8 feet tall, she is still huge at 6’10.

Physically she is 20 but because of both satyr and fairy ageist she is actually 50

Has some slight anger problems

Is really bad at infection so everything she says is kind of flat

Became a general not that long ago when her mentor retired

When the Greek gods where transferring from England to America her dad and a couple other satyrs and a small group of centers just decided to stay in Ireland

Usually wears a full set of armor into battle but this is her sparring/training outfit

Buff goat lady

Has wings but I was to lazy to draw them

Has patches of blue skin inherited from her mom and her scars turn light blue

Uses a huge axe to fight

Not exactly satyr and not exactly fairy

There a many types of fea in the au but the group she is apart of is called the wild fairies. Similar to the tinker bell pixe hollow fairies they have talents. The tracker talent is a secondary talent that a fairy can have so usually It goes like this:

But since porcupine is not a full fairy she only has the tracker talent

She is very close with her dad but she is a workaholic so she doesn’t get how he can lay down and relax in the sun like a mad man

I like to think of her dad as like a cousin/sibling of coach hedge and is very short, but unlike his cousin/sibling is very chill(the dude can knit a full sweater that can fit his very large daughter and wife in under an hour though so who holds the real power here)

Unlike most satyrs her connection with nature is more of the chaotic Fay type or that of a predator or hunter than a preserve nature type(good hunters understand ecosystem management and the importance of fire and death in nature, unlike some people, looking at you California with your terrible absolutely no wild fire policy)

If coach hedge is her uncle I think he would mention her in random conversations quite often but no one believes she exists, hedge once told grover about her and grover thought he had finally gone mad

When other satyrs meet her it’s like “:o”

And when other tracker fairies meet her it’s more like “ha short”

Very quiet, stoic, a bit of a brick wall

Has the same vibe as a moose(if you know you know)

Molly

An update to my last post about my percy jackson au(still working on it) but i changed some things about Molly. 

Her age is now 6-7 not 10-11

those are pretty much all of the changes to her character.

All right reading Percy Jackson now got through the first series now on to heroes of Olympus but I wanted to share a little bit of an idea that I thought would be cute so I know at the end of the series when Percy's all like pay your child support Poseidon does say that Percy is his only kid. However at a cute little OC idea. And it will keep this whole Poseidon thinks that Percy's is only kid. I have named her Molly she's a selkie from Ireland. Grandma is also a selfie and her Grandpa is a lighthouse keeper along with her mom. She lives with her grandma grandpa and Mom, the reason why Poseidon didn't bring her up is because at like 2 months old she technically dies and her grandma goes to the Irish sea god(can't spell his name don't want to look it up) and begs him to turn her into a selkie like her. He does and molly gets another chance at life. I kind of want the Celtic gods to be very different to the Norse and Greek gods and how we see them act especially since we know in Canon that a lot of the Celtic gods have faded. Sort of like they cling to each other quite a bit maybe they're a lot nicer to their children and actually raise them because they've lost a lot of people in their life that they thought would last forever. AKA family is very important. Maybe for one reason or another a Celtic god needs something done because they're super busy and helps the foreign demigods get to Camp Half-Blood safely in return along with some gold. But I would find funny is that maybe Percy Grover and annabeth wash up on the shores of Ireland right next to her family's lighthouse and Percy wakes up to this 10-year-old little girl with big black eyes and dark black hair wearing a white sealskin coat and bright yellow rain boots. And just freaking out when she smiles and he sees shark teeth. Now little Molly wouldn't get the same powers that her big brother has, she's a selkie and get some more minor version of a shapeshifting power like she's not good at it and really can only turn her teeth the shark teeth. She's kind of a quiet kid and she doesn't actually speak but she is also a seal so she's kind of like a little wild animal. Like when they brought her back to Camp Half-Blood one of the Hermes kids around her age decided to prank her and she played dead and it freaked them out. Her favorite food is eels for some reason and she doesn't like using silverware she'll use it but she prefers just to eat things with her mouth and hands. She's kind of a creepy child but after a while you just start to love her. She's a lot like deep sea creatures I have a feeling that Percy is more of the water itself and not be what actually is inside the ocean while she would be more like what's inside the ocean especially in the midnight zone. All right now I'm going to put it into a list of fun little head cannons about her.

So walk up to Percy at random occasions holding a muscle or a clam just eating it Percy does not know where she gets them

Percy doesn't know that she is a selkie or that she can turn into a seal for the first few months he knows her

She shows affection by biting people not too hard and never with the shark teeth just a little nibble

If she ever gets scared or back into a corner like when she first stopped her first monster she immediately goes to bite them with the shark teeth

She has tried on multiple occasions to eat Chiron

Because of this Dionysus finds her entertaining

She doesn't really make a lot of friends with the other half bloods at camp but those water ladies love her

She doesn't like capture the flag at all she finds it too loud too crazy and too scary she much prefer to sit on the sidelines and watch

To allow her to live on land and last more than a day she changes her coat into a necklace when she opens the little locket on the necklace it turns into the coat she can't speak if the coat is a necklace but even with her coat she doesn't talk much

She tends to daydream a lot so she ends up staring at a lot of people it's very creepy

One time she got Percy to give her a ride on his shoulders when they were going to dinner and she grabbed a bird out of the air

The first time she met her dad was when Percy brought her down to Poseidon's Castle or whatever to meet Tyson and there stepmom, she thought Triton was a eel and tried to eat him

Before Percy knew that she was a selkie he would visit the random seal that was sunbathing by the camp and just complain about things because the seal was a great listener and didn't speak for some reason

And she's a seal she's like a double goofball like going on her back getting random people to carry her not a lot of people know she can turn into a seal and she takes full advantage of that

AU where the Justice League forms like usual, except Batman maintained his “totally a myth” status and has in fact been active for years before the JL forms. He’s very cautious about trusting them, but still joins, and the others sort of accepts that as long as they trust that Batman has a really hard time with trust, it will all work out in its own weird way

Then, one day, in the middle of a JL mission, the League gets in a tight spot. Out of nowhere, this blue and black blur swoops in and saves everyone’s ass. Maybe breaking some shackles that were proving very difficult, maybe disarm a bomb that the League was just a hair’s breadth too slow to reach without help, but whatever happens, the shadowy figure pauses just long enough to say, “Hey, Batman, you know you there are these things called cellphones now and you can just call sometimes, it doesn’t have to be this dramatic?” and bounds away after shouting ‘let’s do brunch! Bring your new friends!’

Batman is mortified.

No one lets it go.

The entire rest of the mission, the whole League is asking so many questions. Who was that? Do you know him? How do you know him? What’s going on? I didn’t know there was a vigilante in this area?? They don’t let up until he talks.

“That was Nightwing.” Batman is mumbling. The JL forces him to bring them to the Brunch. Brunch happens to be in a run-down apartment on the edge of a bad neighborhood, at five in the morning, in costume. Nightwing introduces himself as Batman’s lovechild with justice.

“I did not realize Batman had a child,” Martian Manhunter says, calmly enough that no one’s sure if he’s accidentally plucking a really loud thought out of the air or if he’s trying to make a joke.

Nightwing stares for a moment falling over laughing. He doesn’t get up. Batman starts trying to apply anti-Joker venom but Nightwing just kicks him and laughs until he cries. He keeps trying to wipe his eyes and his mask keeps getting in the way, so he asks everyone to leave so he can please get a hold of himself

He is still laughing when they leave. Everyone is confused. Batman is furious.  Nightwing manages to breathe long enough to say, “We’re just so glad you’re socializing now, Batman.”

Superman turns to look at Batman very slowly. “…’we’?”

DC Titans extra 1

 In this AU Jason and Saoirse are the first of Bruce’s kids to get married but the second to have kids. and I truly believe the type of father that Jason Todd would be, not just in my AU but in most media would be Bob from Bobs Burgers.

Like in my AU they get Married around 23-25, but they do not have kids until they’re 30. and yes there kids would act like the Belchers. I mean if tired dad Jason had a kid like Louise he would firmly believe that his kid is karma for all he has done. 

and just imagine a family of superhero's and Gene who is not a vigilante but he is a cheerleader. and Tina just an emotional anxiety filled tween who freaks her family out even though she is also not a vigilante. and Louise would absolutely be Robin and she loves playing roller derby, but I think her Batman should be her uncle Tim. obviously they wouldn't have the same names or the exact same personality but you get the idea

I personally think there names should be Lynn as the oldest, Donald but people call him Danni, and finally Cecile.

DC Titans Part 3

ok so at this point there is a Titans A plot and a very small B plot. the A plot is about the whole team like a brother blood and hive storyline like in the animated tv show. and a Red Hood B plot that starts later in the season and its mostly about Dick, Jason and Tim.

so first change is that when Jason comes back he isn't himself the pit has changed him practically erasing any happy memories from his life so he is somewhere in-between a puppet and a rage filled mess.  second change we have a time skip of around a year because i need batman to in six mouths swear off any new Robins, meet Tim drake(I'm keeping his comics origin), and then have Tim convince Bruce that he needs a Robin, and finale be Robin for around six months.

Titans are now in I think its Jump city like the animated tv show. and the team is tracking down brother blood, Blah blah blah you get the idea. the Red Hood emerges and he attacks Tim causing Bruce to send him to the Titans for his own safety. so the Red Hood stuff happens more in the background of the show with small updates from Bruce, Alfred, and Babs. 

most of the crazy violent stuff that Red Hood does in the show is done by Blood and his group instead, including killing Hank. now we reach where the Red Hood become relevant, he’s had his under the red hood moment and is starting to calm down. we get scenes of him helping street kids, stopping crime, and there is even a sweet reunion between Saoirse and Jason. 

Babs told Saoirse that Jason was alive as soon as she found out.

As Jason calms down Dick decides he needs to talk to Jason about attacking Tim. and there is some closure for Jason and the red hood character. this brings the Batfam to a more cameo/comedic area for the rest of the show. 

for example the titans are breaking into a tech based villains lair being all serious and quiet. when suddenly spoiler(Steph) and robin(Tim) are there with a shopping cart and a list, Steph is absolutely roasting this villain and Tim is acting like a kid in a candy store with all of this stuff.

or

the Batfam hacking into the Titans coms so that Dick can settle a bet in the middle of a fight. The other titans are like what the hell but Dick just answers them and its like “no, Jay is right Tim, the Penguin didn't get plastic surgery, his nose is just like that.”, Jason ”HAHA! See I told you!”, Tim “Oh come on! Thanks a lot Dick!”.

Just the possibilities are endless

DC Titans Part 2

ok now when I guess shit hits the fan and I think Jason and Rose still leave together but Jason tries to get them to where Saoirse is staying and Rose wants them to go where they went in the show. this prompts an argument and Jason gets real emotional saying that Saoirse is his friend she will help them. Rose caves but imagine for the rest of this she makes it known she doesn't like it. 

so they are now staying with Saoirse, so Saoirse in this has had a crush on Jason for quite a long time but she tries to bottle up those feelings especially now he has a girlfriend. I think Rose doesn't know this, Rose just sees her as a treat to whatever plan she has with her dad. during there stay that picture scene happens and Jason is feeling unloved and he ends up finding out the reason they breakup in the show and they breakup but instead of Jason leaving Rose does leaving Jason an Saoirse. 

Saoirse doesn't say anything after all of this she just holds him as he cries his first really good cry in a while letting out a lot of that sadness, grief, and fear. they probably end up sleeping on the couch together exhausted from the day. Jason wakes up before Saoirse and he realizes three things. one she has been there for him through everything and has never pushed him away or rejected him. two he has been her safe space as well finding this situation a lot similar to one that happened a few years ago when her grandma on her dads side, a woman she had been very close to, died. and three he had fallen in love and had to tell her.

Saoirse ends up waking up to the sounds of Jason cooking breakfast and she she says a line that references the common headcannon that Jason is the only one aloud to cook in Alfred's Kitchen. he serves the food and I think that this awkward teenager gust blurts out the words I love you without thinking. shocking Saoirse turning her face red and Jason does the whole why did I do that thing but stops when Saoirse of course says it back.

they end up talking and Saoirse doesn't want him to rush into another relationship so soon after a break up and they agree to wait a few days Because while Jason and Roses relationship was toxic and short lived Jason did love Rose and it still hurts.

I looked at the finale of season 2 and Jason is only in it for like a second so I guess its pretty much the same but we add a scene where Jason and Saoirse kiss and a finale scene of Barbera calling him telling him his birth mom is alive.

now we are setting up season 3 the season I have the most problems with. and I know I’m falling into the same trap as Titans did, making a show about the Teen Titan about the batfamily, but counterpoint, this is my post. first of all there is no proving himself BS he go’s to fight jocker to save his mom like the comics even after she betrays him and sadly he still dies. now this Jason has a lot of people who love him, and I think some how Saoirse convinces Bruce to let her plan the funeral.

before I continue I need to touch on Bruce and Jason’s relationship I think that unlike the show and most comics cannon Jason would have been adopted at 12 like a few days after his mom dies. so he is desperate enough to steal the batmobile's tires. but Bruce and Jason have a more father son bond. they have a lot of good memories as Jason and Bruce with Batman and Robin being almost different people. Bruce didn't send him away Batman did. Batman didn't text Jason goodnight every night Bruce did. that type of thing. this also means Bruce feels Jason’s death a lot more than in the show. now on to the funeral.

there are a lot of people there the people who work at the Gotham Public Library, the people who helped raise him and helped his step-mom protect him from his father, to his schoolmates who he befriended and some he maybe even tutored in English. I write this because the Titans and Batfam need to see just how many lives Jason Todd, not robin, helped. he is buried next to his step-mom not the woman who betrayed him.

i think during the funeral Saoirse mentions to Dick that Jason’s bio father is still alive serving life in prison and she doesn't want to be the one to tell the asshole the son he doesn't care about is dead. so of course Dick does it and the dudes an asshole saying things like good riddance and being real mean. of course this angers Dick and now i have two choices go with comics cannon witch makes a lot of sense or Titans.

how about a bit of both. so throughout the last season i want to have established a more brotherly relationship between Dick and Jason. and so after meeting Jason's bio father he finds out that the Jokers going around loudly boasting about killing Robin. Nightwing goas after Joker and very publicly fights joker and would have killed him if batman didn't show up and fiscally pull him of joker. joker is brought to the hospital in a coma but still very much alive. and the reporters go nuts catching the eye of Rach Al Goul.

DC Titans Part 1

Ok so I actually watched Titans a while ago but I’m seeing it a lot more on tik tok and I have been thinking about it quite a bit lately because of it. so before I get into whatever is in my brain

1. I really don't like Titans as a show, I only watched the first season and already I did not like it. like the final “battle” (if you could even call it that) was basically a very boring argument between a girl and her dad.

2. while I wasn't a fan of his character before the show, I am now and I really don't like how Jason Todd is treated in the show.

so now because I have been thinking about this I have been sort of rewriting Titans in my head so I'm here to get those thoughts out. 

ill start with Jason, I cant do much about the first season and frankly I don't know enough about trigon or the story to care, so sadly we are keeping it because i think its a good jumping off point for what i want to do. so when ever Titans stuff is discussed Jason gets really exited and happy him being apert of something gives him joy and yes he can get carried away, he’s a street kid from Gotham probably the only safe place for him was in public spaces and he probably was raised by the prostitutes and homeless people of the area. so I think his motivation is more trying to find a home that doesn't reject him.

so first of all Jason is a HUGE book nerd, his favorite book is Pride & Prejudice for crying out loud, so he didn't know how long he would be staying in San Francisco so he only brought like 7 books. I know that seams like a lot but I headcannon him to be able to read like a long chapter book in like 2 or 3 days. so he doesn't have his normal library with him. now I am going to introduce a OC that I made named Saoirse, she’s a girl he met when he first went to the fancy school in Gotham after getting adopted by Bruce. She was a foreign exchange student from Ireland and ill make a separate post about her after this one.

Jason and Saoirse have been friends for a long time and for his first few months in San Francisco they didn’t talk but after the hole trigon thing he starts to talk to her again. she knows he is Robin and Bruce is kind of ok with it because she is a blue Lantern in training. anyway he talks to her about all the stuff going on in San Francisco and to surprise him she sends a care package with a couple books, snacks, and some bookmarks. Dick sees Jason bring the package into his room and follows him, and because its Titans probably thinking the worst.

Dick sees Jason on a video call with Saoirse and opening the package getting really exited about the new books and she even got him a copy of the book there book club is reading. after the call ends Dick makes his presence known asking who Saoirse is. Jason starts acting defensively trying to get Dick out of his room. it ends with Jason telling him that she’s his friend and even a little bonding moment between the two. in the scene I want to show how smart Jason actually is with questions about books and we start to really get to know Jason.

now I’m still going to go the Deathstrock route because I want drama with Rose and Saoirse. so after Jason almost dies he doesn't talk to Saoirse for a little bit. but after starting his relationship with Rose he calls her and one apologizes for the radio silence he was depressed, she understands and validates his emotions wile still telling him that she is always able to talk to him LIKE A GOOD FREIND WOULD, excitedly he tells her about Rose and how he wishes she where here so he could introduce them. and she informs him that she was planning on flying to San Francisco that night and stay at a friend's place in order to surprise him.

now from my very limited exposure to Titans season 2 I know that the team breaks up at some point and that Rose and Jason are very toxic. so Saoirse arrives before the team breaks up but after the crosses on the mirrors incident. I think when Jason told Rose that Saoirse was coming she made a scene about how he’s never talked about this Saoirse before. I think she does this in front of everyone else and they gang up on him for nothing. he basically stays quiet and says when lunch is and that he need to pick Saoirse up from the airport leaving.

him and Saoirse go to the lunch they had planned and Rose doesn't show up they end up eating anyway and they decide to go back to Titans tower because Jason just assumes Rose wasn't feeling very good. when they get there the team try to confront Jason, its worth noting the Titans don't notice Saoirse there,   saying things like “who is this Saoirse girl”, “why is he keeping secrets”, and I think hank would make some rude remark about Saoirse pretty much based on nothing.

that's when Saoirse makes herself known and introduces herself. now before this we don't see a lot of Saoirse just her voice bit her look has been obscured  so this is sort of a reveal scene. she is a 5 foot tall girl with frizzy bright red hair, cute gold glasses that look strait out of a fantasy book, a brightly colored crochet cardigan over a cottagecore, witchy outfit and red lace up leather boots her grandfather made her.

I think this is when Dick enters the scene and politely invites her in while everyone is getting over the initial shook of the moment. they sit on the couch and talk Saoirse answers questions like how she knows Jason by Gar, I think Dawn would ask her questions that bring up the fact she is a pagan witch, she lives in Ireland buts stays on her grandfathers farm for most of the summer, and her love of crochet and books. Rose shows up Jason introduces her to Saoirse but Rose stays quiet for a little bit before asking about the ring on her finger. Jason is a little alarmed by this and makes a small inoffensive comment about Rose skipping any introduction. Saoirse says its fine revealing her blue lantern ring and showing it to Rose and the group.

Kori probably says something about how she’s heard of a Green and Red Lantern but not a Blue one. this prompts Saoirse into explaining all about the Blue Lanterns, a topic she is very interested in. someone probably asks if she’s a hero and she says something like “No. No. No. No, I could never be a vigilante like any of you guys or Hal or John or... does Guy count, yea he counts. I’d cant use my ring like a green lantern could and even if I could I’d much rather teach than fight bad guys.” now most of the Titans didn’t know Saoirse knew they where vigilantes and the mood sours and she continues “OH! I forgot, yea I know who you guys are, John one of the green Lanterns told me, I hope that's ok.” 

this calms some people down and I think Donna says something like its fine and that Diana trusts John so she will to. after Dinner Saoirse goes back to the place she is staying and there is some talk around Titans about Jason’s friend. Jason probably tries to talk to Rose about what happened but she avoids the topic and it ends in a small fight. Jason and sometimes Gar leave and hangout with Saoirse. Jason invites Rose but she declines overtime, and because i think Jason is actually trying in this relationship he tries to politely confront Rose about this but it always ends in a fight, Rose ignoring the topic, or Rose trying to distract from the topic.

Morgan le Fay popping up in like the first book just randomly while Tedros is in class probably during a lesson she doesn't like but other times she was bored, to annoy the teacher and make sure no one learns anything that day

M pushing him out of the way “your excused. any way how about I teach them something that they actually need to know. Like tax evasion or arson.... OH! and how to start a violent uprising to over throw the current government and establish a dictatorship!”

Teacher “EVERS DONT START DICTATORSHIPS!!!!”

M “right I forgot you call them kings to make yourself feel better”

Sir Dinadan who came to check on him “or hear me out I teach you to play the harp. op you are crying more, there there. whispers to Chadwick *I do not get why people cry over this stuff I mean how well did he actually know this girl, id get it if they were best friends or something but from what he tells me he only really knew her for like what a week? I mean he has been crying for three days.*”

alright so I just finished all six books in the school for good and evil and my brain in buzzing with au's already. like I kind of wish that Morgan le Fay was in there. like it would be hilarious that the sister to the great king Arthur with how he is portrayed in the book has a this crazy prankster of a sister just running around and causing chaos. I know a lot of people see her as a evil sorceress but I like her as a loony tunes like villein or a trickster. witch makes her off screen redemption arc extremally funny. like in the original(not sge) green knight story the entire purpose that he is there is because Morgan thought if the green night got his head cut off Guinevere would see it and just die. like that is so stupid, but I love it!

I have absolutely no bases for this but My personal head cannon for assassin's Creed Valhalla is that Eivor's Raven Synin is actually a trash bird. Like instead of being super helpful and a good raven it instead acts like a angry toddler. I just imagine this Eivor has confronted a order of the ancients (I haven't finished the game yet) And just before they stabs them they here Synin trying to eat something shiny and then it's just.

Eivor: it's time to die.
