depression is getting harder and i hate it. havent had motivation to do anything and i feel trapped. it hurts. i havent hurt myself physicaly but mentally i cant promise i havent with that. i keep zoning out and im failing on being me. i feel like im not myself. i have been eating but not healthy. i havent been drinking water and my body physically hurts. i can promise i will not hurt myself however i have been scared of myself sometimes but i havent done anything. i love you all please be safe i will update when i get completely better love you all <3
