I Keep Seeing People Making Fun Of Using Growled, Hissed, Roared, Snarled Etc In Writing And It’s Like.

I’m currently making an hello puppets DND game for an couple of my firends here (hello you two!)

And with so many options I am tempted to do all the handdemen with different class and backgrounds to fit them all.

So far poor Owen gonna have bad luck and

I’m interested in seeing how the PC (or the player character) are gonna have fun with the characters set up

Specially since I’m the (New) DM, and I’m trying to put together everything.

That feeling when your realize one of your favorite character archetypes is the “seemingly nothing but cheerful character that when you really look at them closely, is actually a lot less ok than what they let on.” (But very little people actually bother to look at them closely, cause they are really good at pretending to be completely cheerful, nothing else, so there is very little fanfics to read about them that focuses on them that are both the right amount of angsty and in character.)

Love love love characters that present themselves as emotionally open social butterflies but the more you see of them the more obvious it is that they’re the most closed off fuckers in the story. Sure, they want to help you with your personal problems and messy emotions, but if you turn that shit back on them, they’ll shut down or deflect every time. Why are you sticking your nose in their business anyway? It’s not like it matters. They’re not a person, they’re just a role being played. They’re the guy who fixes things and saves people. Please ignore the man behind the mask, he’s fine. Everything’s fine.
