IN THE SENSE THAT NO ONE CAN POLICE YOUR SHIFTING EXPERIENCES (they can judge because some things raise a few eyebrows but at the end of the day, no one can stop anyone from doing something in their dr). I know. It can be frustrating sometimes. Desperately wanting something to be apart of you. Something you know will solve all your worries, make you happy, and at peace. Remember how that will be nice. I don't need to say anything else, you know enough.

It's okay. We're human. Sometimes, we have to let our emotions out. Cry it all out if you must. Affirm it doesn't matter. You have everything you ever wanted. IT. IS. YOURS. ALREADY. Move on with that in mind. It's literally inevitable.

how to feel "i have it" when i can't see or feel it. i feel confused because it's not there so i can't feel it. even though i live like i have it but it's not there how can i feel it? please help me 😭

you’re thinking having it means seeing it. but feeling comes before seeing. it’s not about forcing yourself to believe. it’s about settling into the knowing. when you order something online, you don’t pace around doubting it’ll arrive just because it’s not in your hands yet. you just know it’s on its way. that’s the energy.

stop searching for proof. stop waiting to feel it externally. let the knowing be enough. that’s how it shows up
