Abdullah bin Mas'ud pun pernah menasihati, "ma'a kulli farhah, tarhah", di setiap ada kesenangan, akan diikuti pula dengan duka.

Itulah yang membuat surat Al Insyirah semakin bertambah dalam maknanya bagi siapapun yang membacanya: sebab satu kesulitan diiringi dengan dua kemudahan.

Ketika hidup naik turun antara bahagia dan duka, untuk menuju bahagia lagi ternyata jalannya lebih luas dan lebih luang.

Kalau kata Rasul, ajaibnya hidup mukmin itu; jika diberi nikmat ia bersyukur, jika diuji ia bersabar.

Thinking about how Dr. Lecter was just a sad and lonely teenager who had PTSD because he was so traumatized by his sister’s death that he became numb to his feelings and completely detached from his emotions.

That is, until Clarice came along and saved him by helping him learn how to feel again and allowed him to be emotionally vulnerable around her and make him feel safe.
