I am writing to you with a heart full of hope and gratitude.

My small family (my old mom, my wife and my little daughter) is in great danger due to the ongoing war in Gaza and I am running this campaign to save them to cover the basic daily life for my family and my little daughter which she was born during the ongoing war.

i am not from Palestine but i am from the middle east and i know so many people are experiencing emotional turmoil and most likely having thoughts of "this world is ugly/unlovable/unjust/unsavable/not worth fighting for/unforgivable" but i don't think that's the way to do this -

We are fighting for Palestine, and Palestian people are still surviving through this. Even if you 'admit defeat' it's not over until it truly is over- saying, let alone thinking that "we failed Palestine" is not right, because Palestine isn't past tense. and they won't be.

Palestine culture is beautiful, palestine lives are worth fighting for, Palestine life is still there, they are still here.

The fear and despair are weapons held against us all, the thought of "this world is ugly/unlovable/unjust/unsavable/not worth fighting for/unforgivable" is what those in power want us to believe that so that we give up ; but we can't. I don't believe any of us truly want to.

There is so much beautiful in this world, we must fight for it, it's what makes this world worth saving, worth loving, worth fighting for. Fight for it, please. it's not over until it truly is, and it's not over yet.

Fight for all that is beautiful in this world, it's worth fighting for.

Now, i don't think it'd be right to end this post without citing some posts about ways to help Palestine - so i will do that, and recommend some blogs who actively support Palestine, please center Palestine voices.
