i know “she met a pinecone’s fate” gagged everyone but also i don’t think it was meant as a dig towards thalia but more so towards zeus and the gods in general - like this was not “hero’s fate” and they shouldn’t be thinking of it as zeus saving thalia cause if that’s all the most powerful god can do for his own child then the gods highkey suck

I read the entire series stone-faced but something about both the Ares and Aphrodite cabins claiming Silena as their hero- to the point that her shroud had elements of both gods-
