Ah, makes sense.

I dyed the ends of my hair blue this year bc I felt like I needed more color in my life. And it genuinely helps, I feel l like Im more positive because of it.

And after reading this post, I feel like I'm also more likely to stay away from the universal colors when I renovate my room.

Color is good. It deserves to be embraced. 🎉

Color has been disappearing from the world.

A new research group used machine learning to track color changes in common materials and items, below is their findings for all color changes over time, they used 7000+ items from the 1800s to now to determine color changes in the most common items.

Below are the colors of cars by year, notice how the majority of cars are grey, white, or black compared to twenty years ago.

These aren't data points, but they are comparisons between the 'modern' homes of the 70s and 80s compared to the modern homes of today.

Carpets have equally had the same treatment of grey added to them! The most common color of carpet is now grey or beige.

Even locations that used to scream with color for decades have now modernized to becoming boring minimalist (and I love minimalism) personality-less locations.

The world is becoming colorless, why?

sasha doodles but i'm still figuring her out so...yeah i think i'll just draw more of sasha later and post separately

andrias had to get rid of marcy's wings, but darcy asked for synthetic monarch butterfly wings(which marcy really hated afterwards)

calamity powers anne can sort of use her wings now and they get a pretty pattern (and at the second temple her wings got the same pattern from frost)
