thinking about how fucked up faith is, like when riley said i love you to her when she was in buffy’s body and she just starts yelling WHAT DO U WANT FROM HER, god she needs therapy so bad. anyways i think she is just so cool!
Okay I was thinking lately about the seemingly random sex scene in tlb right? But if you actually think about the deeper meaning of the movies and the fact the lost boys basically represented queerness and Star and Michael were rejecting that part of them, the scene where Michael asks what's wrong with him and then sleeps with Star makes so much more sense because they are both rejecting their own queerness.
Obviously this isn't worded the best but I'm y'all get my point and maybe explain it better
Sujin Lee (Korean, 1983) - Excuse Me (2025)
to me willow rosenberg is the epitome of a character who's used to thinking of herself as kind and good because she's always been percieved that way by other people, but when other people say "kind and good" what they really mean is "competent yet unassertive." which isn't really a moral value, it's just the kind of personality that makes authority figures like you. so she's in the precarious position of believing herself to be a Good Person while having never really felt the need to develop a moral backbone. and this is of course the main reason why she's a little fucked up sometimes. i love this about her, to be clear.
