Even as a trans allegory, The Matrix still falls under the themes that you suggest, anti-authoritarian as many places in the world have heavy authority telling us to stop existing. Not sure what you mean by technology since that's less of a theme and more of an overall element, but I assure you queer folk have access to that. Free will certainly lines up because I can't think of a single trans person who's free will isn't challenged by the anti-woke garbage you people plaster all over the place, and the allegory of the cave you reference can be as simple as someone realizing they're queer af.

The truth is intentional or not. The Matrix and many other pieces of classic media have these themes, and people will talk about and interpret them whether you like it or not, and instead of getting upset and uploading a slanderous parody to the gayest social media site out there (very wise choice by the way), you should open your mind and heart to understanding why maybe the opposite team has a point.
