because I have a lot of headcanons and no time to write them! so feel free to take any of this and run with it

the first time lance lays eyes on keith he slips out “you’re beautiful” in spanish and keith has no idea what it means, so he just kind of tilts his head at him in confusion

hunk teases lance relentlessly for it for weeks which, of course, leads keith to pester lance to tell him what it meant

lance just repeats himself to confuse keith enough until he gives up. lance can’t help it that every time he interacts with keith there’s something that he notices–his eyes, his lips, his fingers. he feels kinda pathetic and a whole lot smitten

this goes on and on. lance evolves into saying other things. “i want to spend time with you” “you’re adorable when you smile” “i love the way you laugh” 

until one day keith comes up to him and says in perfect spanish, “you’re beautiful” and lance.exe stops working

keith smirks and sidles up close and goes “i think the same about you” and yup lance is definitely slain
