okay guys, it’s time for me to lock in. i go to vacation in may and need to lose as much as possible. here’s my plan

at least 10k steps a day

coffee for breakfast

drink more water

stay away from sweets

go to the gym at least 3x a week

stay under 1k c@ls a day (even better if i stay around 500)

guidelines:

dress cozy! think knit sweaters, comfy boots, bootcut jeans, long scarves, and converse !!

study hard! do homework the day it's assigned, go to class early, do all the extra credit work, be nice to teachers ! be so busy with school, that you don't have time to eat!

drink lots and lots of coffee !! it's fuel for you and helps you study better!

mostly eat out. grab your breakfast at a diner, or a snack from the grocery store, trying to avoid running into your ex-boyfriend who works there !

walk around a lot! fall is the perfect season to grab a friend and go on a walk, explore your town!

always carry around a book (preferably written by a woman !!). you can read on the bus, or at home, with a candle lit and hot tea!

Ingredients (1 serving):

• 1 shot of espresso, cold (unsweetened)

• 100 ml cold water

• 1 tsp zero-calorie sweetener (like stevia or erythritol)

• 1 cup crushed ice (about 150 g)

Instructions:

1. Brew your espresso and let it cool completely.

2. In a blender, add the cold espresso, water, sweetener, and ice.

3. Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth, creamy, and frosty.

SOO filling too!!, i ate like half of it cause i was so full!!
