I remembered I can post the stuff I draw, so..

Here’s some concept stuff I made for an AU of mine

This is a lil au I like to call “Light Princes” cause I have no ideas on that, I’m taking suggestions ig.

Mario’s proper design, his cape is a star…

I don’t have Luigi’s proper design yet, but his cape is a rainbow. Like a literal rainbow.

So basically they’re princes of Light, to be more precise Luigi controls rainbows and the skies, Mario controls the stars. I just wanted the dynamic of Luigi being the sky and Mario being the sun.

They both live in space (they’re Rosalina’s good friends and neighbours) and they create the Power Stars!

Each kingdom gets one Power Star to keep it alive and thriving.

So Mario, Luigi and Rosalina all have a purpose in the making of the Power Stars.

Rosalina, being the “mother of the stars” raises the, and takes care of them until they’re ready to yk…die and explode and stuff. When the stars explode they turn into stardust, some of which floats down to the world and infusing the power ups with magic, turning them into proper power ups. (example, a 1Up mushroom is just a green mushroom with some pharmaceutical/healing properties, but when stardust enters the earth that its growing in, it turns into a 1Up mushroom.) The rest of the stardust floats into space, waiting.

Luigi travels through his clouds and gathers the stardust that Rosalina’s stars shed when they die, the one floating in space, and the one the power ups emit when they fade away or are deactivated. Luigi gathers it bit by bit, condensing it into a solid stardust Cluster, (although it takes a LONG time, years, decades even).

Mario is the one that carves the star clusters into proper power ups when they’re ready. Carving stars is a delicate process, and each star is special and carved out just a bit differently (each power star is also named). Since carving stars is a rare thing, it only tends to happen when a new kingdom is born, a kingdom big enough to need a power star. Each kingdom gets a Power Star!

(This au is Bowuigi by the way. Lemme know if yall wanna know how that goes on)

my testimony

i don't know what else i can add to the whole mason24683 thing that hasn't already been publicly said, other than the fact that this was a guy i trusted to make fan sequels for my fanfic. of course that turned out to just be an excuse for him to take advantage of me and trick me into drawing fetish art for him.

one thing you may learn quickly about me from reading my fanfics is that i have a special interest in underwater scenes. they've captivated me since i was a kid. they're a recurring thing in my stories. so you can probably imagine my excitement when i found out someone had read my smiling friends fic and contacted me telling me about how they also have an interest in underwater scenes, and that they wanted to write a couple of sequels. of course i said they could.

then came the doodle requests. seemed harmless enough, right? i got an opportunity to draw things i loved! i had fun drawing doodles for mason's fics.

two months later, on today, april 29th, i was sitting in the back of a crumbl cookies on a work break, when i found out he had messaged me something along the lines of "hey we need to talk" and then he said "wait never mind!" i started to worry if he, or even i, did something wrong without realizing it.

i went about my day as normal, trying not to think about it. but then he messaged me again that evening, when he basically told me that my artworks for the fanfictions turned him on. he was like "i know this will make you uncomfortable but i'm gonna tell you anyway".

of course, i was fucking devastated. i thought this was a friend i could trust. i thought i had finally achieved something in fandom by writing a fic someone loved so much they decided to write their own fic based on it. but...oops! all sexual harassment!

some advice i can give is that you can never think that it could never happen to you. you may think "oh, i'm too smart to get taken advantage of, it could never happen to me". well, i thought i could find red flags in people and look how i ended up. i was found by someone who i thought shared a special interest with me and i got excited. just two months later they turned out to be a complete creep who sexually harassed me and someone else in the fandom.
