Thinking about Juza's autumn audition again.
Like beyond how painful it is, I can't even imagine how much pressure he was under. It was the first time he'd gone after his dream, after years of being too shy and scared to do so. That's daunting enough on its own, but to audition right after the guy who tried to fight him, who did really fucking well, in front of him and his potential future boss izumi. Not to mention that his cousin who was clearly a good actor and had inspired him to do this in the first place was also there watching... no wonder he was so rigid π
But fr, it brings me back to his playback card and I'm just like. Would it have been different if his class had done the play for the cultural festival? Would he have tried for a part then, or resigned himself to props again? Is there a world where Juza felt the spotlight long before Mankai but never had the support system in place and quit anyway?
God I fucking love him I love him I love him I
