This game has consumed my conscious and unconscious thoughts so I made a poster for my wall
My man is just a petty ass king who likes to piss people off, and we love that for him. I think the only reason why we like Neil to start with is because we see it all from his POV and how he thinks in his messed up little way.
Like imagine this kid comes onto your team, throws everything upside down and doesn’t know how to read a room properly, (well he can he just doesn’t have a filter coming from his brain to his mouth).
Either way we love him and his snarky comments so so much.
people are like ‘why would the freshman hate Neil??’ u guys need to remember. neil is an asshole. like god bless him but let’s not forget
can i interest u in a box of friend??
Lance during testing in Bahrain today ✨

Tw: Self Harm mentioned
Danny moves in with the Wayne's. They know nothing about his vigilante life or lab incident. They know he's had bad parents, and that it was a bad home life, but nothing else.
And everything's going great! It's amazing! Everything is so nice there!
They're bonding, Danny's feeling safe (finally he doesn't have to deal with constant threats on his alter-ego) and it's amazing!
You choose whether he knows about the Wayne's past time or not.
But they slowly start realizing that... Danny wears long-sleeved shirt 24/7. In summer, he complains about the heat but when someone suggests he take of his shirt, he replies, a bit snappy; "hell no."
When they go swimming he wears those full-torso swim suits. He refuses to do anything that would mean uncovering his torso and arms.
So, the Wayne's think he is doing sh. And they ovbiously worry.
Did Danny not feel safe around them? Was there an issue he needed help with but didn't tell them? What was wrong that he felt like self harming?
They begin to tell Danny how loved he is a lot more( everyone in their own ways) and they offer therapists and offer open communication without judgement.
And Danny just... doesn't get it? Like, it's great, his family is showing him they care, but, why are they offering him therapists and websites he can talk to people for help? Granted, he probably needed them, but they don't know about his side-job.
In all honesty, he doesn't like showing his arms and torso because of his scars and stuff from the lab accident and fights with ghosts. But he doesn't realize that his family thinks he self harm's.
Make your own ending to the idea!
Maybe he tells his family! Maybe he gets summoned! Who knows!

summary; Maybe you fell in love with the wrong person. Too late late to wish you never met him.
tw; curses, homophobia, smut, story divided into acts. Angst. Long story(?.
Authors note; I finally saw outer banks, I have about 3 chapters left to finish the 2nd season and I love it! On my recommendation, listen to rolling in the deep (adele), exile (taylor swift), cant pretend (tom odell). Or sad songs of your liking <3

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ACT ONE | THE BEGINNING
⠀⠀⠀⠀
The pay was really disgusting, you could barely spend enough for the basic needs of the home you shared with your grandmother on the uneconomic side of the island, you still helped her deliver the courier to the mailboxes of rich families. You were always distracted by admiring the sophisticated houses with their elegant boats at the end of their ports.
But in recent weeks, the area was a constant terror to you. You walked with the help of a crutch under your right arm because part of your lower leg, the area of your ankle, was hanging by a cast around it.
As soon as you saw the name of the Camerons in your mail bag, you felt the chill on your back and the pressure on your black-purple eye that hadn't yet fully healed. You shakily opened the mailbox and put the envelope in as fast as you could.
── (M/R)?
You froze. You turned your crutch to go to the next house or at least get away from there. Rafe from his porch would not reach you and cross his big garden in time, so he only made a pitying face, also he wasn't alone.
── Come on Rafe, don't tell me you feel sorry for the weirdo in town dude. ──Kelce sneered, parting his lips from the cigar. ──You did what any Kook would do to a miserable Pogue, you ruined his leg.
── Can you shut your mouth? Just a few damn seconds please? ──Rafe muttered raising his shaking hand, he was under the influence of drugs and his body reflected it, but still reasonable to see you in front of his house leaving some letters.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ACT TWO | THE FLASHBACK.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
── Who would have thought? Me in the same car as Rafe Cameron, Kook prince, while we smoke a joint. ──You said sarcastically with a smile turning your head towards the passenger seat where Rafe denied looking away. ──Come on man, there's nothing to be ashamed of.
── I don't know what you're talking about. ──Rafe muttered concentrating on inhaling the line of cocaine above where the airbag was stored.
── Easy there 'mate, you might get a little stuck inside your nostrils. ──You reached a hand to his shoulder surprised by the speed and experience he had.
── Don't touch me. ──Rafe took his position on the seat, stopping from leaning towards the line. ──We are not friends, we are not acquaintances and no one can know that we saw each other. I know about the weird shit people say about you. The whole OBX knows it.
── Uh, alright, alright, whatever the prince says. ──You said pushing your hands away. ── I was just trying to be nice.
── That's the problem. ──Rafe raised an eyebrow without turning to see you as he was already preparing the next line. ── You are too friendly with the boys of the island, so much that you have already gained a certain reputation as a prost ...
You didn't let him finish because your arm was already struggling against his neck, the only thing stopping you was the seat belt.
── For your safety, I warn you to take care of what comes out of your mouth rich boy, you could be a kook but you don't get safety with daddy's money out here.
── Relax man. ──Rafe had his hands raised, you withdrew your arm and he lowered them slowly. ──I was just curious you know, honestly I wouldn't be surprised if you already had that blond pogue under your sheets.
── JJ? cut the shit. ──You made a face crossing your arms, Maybank and you were just friends. ──What about you? I bet those handsome blue eyes already capture someone more than once. Have you ever ... you know.
The car was in total silence, only the sound of the tires of the cars that passed in front of you. You opened your mouth in surprise and mockery.
── No fucking way. ──You laughed with an applause, and repeated. ──No fucking way, it can't be true! But ... h..how?
── Family businesses (M/r), keeps me busy man.
── Family businesses my ass, you're at every party where Barry delivers merchandise. Are you telling me you haven't been with anyone? I bet more than one pretty girl has wanted to be with you.
The tone of your voice faded, what began as a simple meeting for you to deliver merchandise since Barry was out of town, ended in something full of surprises and revelations.
── Or a guy.
── You always have to be the one with the smart ass right? Classic Pogues, always getting into what doesn't concern them.
── Whatever you say, I'm not the virgin inside this car. Your secret is safe with me my lord. ──You bowed to what Rafe looked at you as if at any moment his patience will run out. His faces intimidated you.
── About that. ──Rafe ran his hand down his cheek until he reached his lip, you noticed his nervousness but you couldn't deduce if it was from the drug. ──Could you .... could we ....
── Hook up? Come on man, no shame, we don't judge here. ──You said looking at him seductively while you inhaled the smoke from the joint. You didn't deny it, Cameron was attractive and more than once you laid your eye on him.
You unbuckled your belt containing the smoke on your cheeks, you had it so dominated that you did not cough even once. You took Rafe's jaw with one hand and got close enough to his lips to release the smoke inside him.
── Let's go to the back seats. ──You murmured still with your hand on his defined jaw.
Rafe didn't answer, just got out of the car at the same time that you opening the back seats door.
── What the fuck. ──The Kook said looking the same as you. Courier envelopes that you had to deliver during the week.
── Oh shit. ──You brought your hands to your face in shame, you put a hand on your waist, bending one knee. ──Just orders that I have to deliver during the week you know, pogue things.
He was a difficult guy, his silence waited for you to solve something in the next few seconds. You got behind the wheel again and drove to the only place where both could have a moment alone. Your brother was off the island, so the house would be alone, that meeting point that Barry had to deliver things.
── Are you sure ...
── Just shut up and follow me.
They entered through the porch where there were a couple of cigarettes and bags of food on the floor, cleaning and organizing was not Barry's priority but Rafe had been there more than once so you only took his hand to guide him to the most hidden room.
You turned around in front of him.
── Before doing this I must know if you are completely sure if ....--
Everything happened fast, Rafe shut you up joining his lips with yours because he only wanted you to shut up, his hand resting on the side of your neck with his thumb brushing your cheek. When he broke the kiss, you still had your eyes closed and your eyebrows and lips raised.
Was it a good kiss? You did not know. But you wanted to kiss him again, his mouth was warm.
── Uhhh ... okay then. ──You said dumbfounded.
Both of you were high enough but conscious enough to smile on each other's lips before you threw him onto the old, dusty mattress to climb onto him. You knew perfectly what would happen in the morning, both would go back to being the enemy of the other and pretending that nothing had happened.
Your whole body was shaking now. You kissed him once more to stabilize yourself, because you would do something that you had never done, be with someone who was a dangerous area, who was a walking problem. If anyone found out, you'd be dead. It would always be the pogue's fault.
You put your hands on his shoulders and slowly pushed in. You were afraid of hurting. During the act, you slid your hands over each of his arms until you interlaced your fingers over Rafe's.
That must have been what it should be, just a one-night moment. But Rafe kept sneaking out of his house at night to have more of you and you of him every day. Putting your hands on his back and letting him guide being one of your favorite actions.
── I do everything for him, I always try to help him but he doesn't seem to notice! I know more shit about business than Sarah. ──His annoyed tone spoke as he looked at the ceiling and you listened making circles with your chest. ── But he always choose her first.
── I'm the one who would do everything to protect him, not her! ──He pointed at himself with his finger, you noticed how his eyes were created with rage. ──But he keeps choosing those Pogues over her own family ... no offense (M/r).
── Didn't take it personal. ──You pouted stretching your hand to his cheek to force him to see you, you approached to give him a kiss to which he responded by placing his hand on you. ── Deep down I think Ward cares about you just like I care about you.
── (M/r) ....
── I know, I know, I know we said no feelings but we've been doing this. ──You pointed to both naked-bodies with your hand. ──For a while, Barry doesn't know yet, but we can stay low-key for a bit.
── I'm not going to be your fucking perfect boyfriend. ──Rafe raised an eyebrow as if the idea disliked him.
── But you can be my terrible, terrible boyfriend.
Rafe kept silent appreciating every part that the soft tip of his fingers ran across your face. His wrist had a simple bracelet, but it must have cost him a lot of money. Rafe untied the string and sat down on the bed to start putting it on your wrist.
── I'm going to do my best, to protect you and love you.
── Sounds like we're getting married. ──You teased and he rolled his eyes before both ended up in each other's arms once more.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ACT THREE | BROTHER TALK.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Even though you and Barry didn't live together, from time to time you leave your clothes and spend the night in his bunker having sibling time.
── I don't want to be an open mouth but my house smelled like sex. ──He said looking directly at the campfire, you let out a laugh entangling yourself in the blankets of the bunk. ──I would like to know his name, because my little brother is the only one who has a copy of the keys. Come on (M/r) bring it out.
You averted your gaze licking your lips.
── Do you remember your star client, maybe we get hook up a couple of times. ──You raised your shoulders. ──Many times perhaps.
── Fuck me, you and Country club? ──Barry ran a hand over his jaw in disbelief. ──You surpassed your limit (M/r), that boy is screwed and in a matter of time he is going to screw you too.
Barry got up and ran a hand through your hair dislodging it before getting on his bike.
── Put out the fire would you? and (M/r). ──Barry put on his helmet. ──You can count on me if he does something to you.
── Get out of here Barry! ──You said with a grateful smile, he left when starting the engine and you stared at Rafe's bracelet, it had a beautyful gold pendant.

ACT FOUR | YOU'RE GONNA WISH YOU NEVER HAD MET ME.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you weren't delivering letters to the mailboxes, you were a waiter at the most popular club where the kooks used to go for drinks during the day after a golf-game. At night they wore nice suits and dresses for an event. You were good at what you did because you always came home with a good tip.
The order that you carried on your shoulder was 4 drinks, as soon as you approached the table you recognized that dark blonde hair.
── Hey, I didn't know you were coming. ──You said in a soft tone leaving the drinks on the table. Kelce and Topper looked at Rafe who just acted edge. ──I can give you a discount so ...--
── Take your fucking tip and get out of here man. ──Kelce pulled out a dollar and shoved it into your tablecloth pocket. You were speechless, watching for Rafe to say something but he didn't even make eye contact since you got to the table, he just drank from his whiskey.
── Enjoy your drinks gentlemen. ──You said for courtesy, but in pain.
Topper kept his gaze on you as you walked away, he patted his glass.
── Do you know him? Because he seemed like he did know you.
── He only sells me merchandise, nothing important. ──Rafe shrugged his shoulders arrogantly. ──I don't know who he thinks he is.
── He's got your damn bracelet man. ──Kelce whispered threateningly. ──He's a dirty Pogue, he must have stolen it when he sold you that shit. We must do something.
── No dude, I don't really want to make a scene.
── Come on Rafe, I have a perfect plan to get your bracelet back. ──Kelce smiled looking at Topper. ──Follow me.
── I like that idea. ──Topper replied patting Rafe on the shoulder for him to follow them. ── Let's go have a little fun my boy.
The event was almost over, you were alone in the locker room taking off your waiter's vest until the lights started flashing. You turned around and noticed Kelce on the side of the switch.
── Gentleman? Can I help you with something? ──You said hiding the fear in your voice.
── It seems that you have something that doesn't belong to people like you. ──He started to get closer, you turned to leave but Topper was already blocking that area. ──You sure stole it.
── I don't know what you're talking about Kelce.
── I didn't give you permission to say my name Pogue! ──Kelce pushed you against the lockers causing all of your tip to spread on the floor. ──Someone did well tonight, I wonder if you did some blo--....
You got up to stop Kelce from taking all your money but Topper stopped you by hitting his knee against your stomach, once on the ground he began to kick you without stopping, you covered your face where now your mouth was bleeding, Kelce did not take long to join until;
── Look what I found. ──Kelce smiled taking a golf club, the smile on Topper's face fade.
── Hey Rafe come here friend. ──Kelce passed the golf club to Rafe whom sideways you saw enter. ──Come on, do it man.
You could feel that doubt in his gaze but his hands clenched the grip of the stick with determination.
── Rafe ..? ──you whispered with pain throughout your abdomen.
He responded giving the first hit against your ribs, you squeezed your trembling eyes but the tears still managed to come out and run down your cheek. The second hit was against your knee and thigh. The last thing you remember was the pull on your wrist snatching the bracelet from you and the sound of the golf club hitting the ground.
You weren't sure why he did what he did. Maybe it was the fear of them knowing who you really were. You stayed on the ground breathing harshly as they left.
── I'm sorry (M/r), I'm really sorry. ──You felt a hand on your back. You couldn't move, the pain didn't even let you open your eyes.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ACT FIVE | EXILE
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Rafe regretted what he had done but his image was more important to his father and family, every time he touched a golf club that night was projected over and over again.
── Are you really not going to play? ──Topper asked raising the stick.
── I'm just not in the mood to do it. ──Rafe answered.
── RAFE CAMEROOOOON.
A scream was heard from afar followed by the engine of a motorcycle approaching at speed. Topper and Kelce backed away as Barry removed his helmet and approached in an intimidating manner.
── You can tell your dogs to call security, The issue here is only with you. ──Barry muttered. Kelce and Topper went straight to the security booth. ── This will be quick, I know what you did to my little brother contry club. He doesn't want to testify to the police for a reason that has your name on it. But you're going to pay, and I'm going to make sure of that.

Part 2?
Ok, hear me out: The first time Andrew saw Neil wouldn’t have been when he hit him with the Exy racket in the Milport locker rooms.
It doesn’t make sense to me that Wymack, Kevin, and Andrew would have come all the way out to Millport to sign Neil on a game day, and not watched Neil play. They would have been there to watch the game.
The first time Andrew saw Neil would have been when Neil was playing his very last high school Exy game—the game Neil thought would be his last one ever.
Just—Imagine Andrew watching Neil anxiously buzzing on the sidelines until he gets put in the game, watching Neil play with the canonical desperation of a boy who knows that this is his last chance, watching him pull his helmet off at the end of the game, first, noticing how attractive he is, and second, watching the expression of grief that washes over his face when he realizes that it’s over. Now, imagine all of this happening through the terrible, euphoric haze of Andrew’s medication.
No wonder this man was so convinced that Neil wasn’t real.
Idk what I’m doing other than chilling, I like book and I love racing cars 🏎️
