Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should. And the answer is unequivocally “yes.”
Cute 🌱 Now I'll be waiting until they become adult.
i found an old entomology textbook! it’s so pretty!
So, here is my two new friends (both of them are my Christmas presents): Henry (dedicated to Henry Winters of course) – who is a vintage porcelain phrenological head, and Lucius Manulius – he is a fragment of beaver's scull. If they meet Oscar (who is my Venuse's Fern plant, living in the kitchen), they can throw a great bacchanalia I think.
This is chlorophyll A, who change colour 💚->❤️, when we highlight him.
We can see fluorescence only when we release chlorophyll molecules from chloroplasts. Chlorophyll fluorescence is light re-emitted by chlorophyll molecules during return from excited to non-excited states.
So last month my Physics teacher demonstrated sound waves using fire and Bohemian Rhapsody. The song is played into a tube filled with gas, and the sound waves cause the gas to compress, changing the height of the flames (I think that was how he explained it anyways)
Cemetery of Dead Science on our floor this week!
Me, coffe & genetic engineering.
