Sooo, Bridgerton just came out (quite literally, with two Canon queer chatacters) and people are mad about it?? Like wtf??? Is 2024, get over it???

And they are saying they love the books so they dont want the storylines and shit changed. Mind you, the show has been changing the original storylines all the time, is an adaptation. What I am saying is that if you do not care about the series changing the history lines all the time, like they have been doing ALL OF THE SEASONS, ALL OF THE TIME, but you suddenly start to care -or hate- when a new history line (or a change of the story, like the Michael-Michaela one) only if it involves queer people, that is homophobic.

You only care when queer people are added. You only say its bad when queer people are represented. You only hate changes when queerness is involved.
