Tl:dr version: all the soft tissue on the right side of my neck tore, from trap muscles all the way up my skull.
I couldn鈥檛 hold my head up for a long time. Still can鈥檛 move it in certain ways. Can鈥檛 sit in a car without going over a pothole and briefly meeting God.
Also found out today it鈥檚 compressing my spinal cord so that鈥檚 a thing I鈥檓 still very much processing 馃珷
