The No Touching Rule!

This is arguably the best rule in a FLR.

It's perfect because it does a number of things all at once.

First, by telling him not to touch his own cock, it establishes her authority over him. She takes ownership of his cock. It's hers now, and he's not allowed to touch it.

Second, since it's second nature for him to touch it whenever the opportunity presents itself, he has to continually remind himself that it's no longer his to touch. This makes him feel submissive.
