Time to get started, again.

i began this journey ages ago but sadly life has gotten in the way. With covid and family around more it has been difficult to stay motivated. Well, hopefully this blog will keep me interested in the journey. That and my wife saying it is time to get going again. It is time to drop the weight and continue on. The urge is great and i hope you enjoy the progress.

i hope to post weekly with this and will post pictures with every 5 pounds lost to show the progress

This was me pre covid and i was on quite a roll.

i hope to be back in some sort of shape soon.

She makes the decisions and I support her in every possible way...its the reason her FLR to me has worked so well for over 30 years

Establish rules early and update them often as She wishes. It does not need to be sexual. It should always be helpful to Her and Her needs.
