#BDSM some important points.

BDSM has little to do with the perfect slick images so many post or see. The true magic of this lifestyle is the level of trust and intimacy in exposing oneself to their partners.

Our lifestyle is much more than the physical acts and the accoutrements, it involves deep communication and a bond of trust. Sharing one’s appreciation of their imperfect self and the different desires that make our kinky hearts beat a little faster.

All of this to say, that my appreciation for real people who practice this art, this love is high on my list. And while my interest in BDSM started young and has continued for many decades, I truly find joy in the mature practitioners.

Back to my original point about the models and slick images. When I see a blog filled with model perfect D&s photos, I just move along. Personally, I’d much rather see the imperfect bodies of people who dare to love, explore and experience the real signs of BDSM love. To me, that is more erotic and enticing than an image with a perfect hardbody model in a scene she has no true interest in.

I write this to remind our wonderful group what our tribe is really all about.
