I do admit it

I see so many relationships (both romantic and platonic) made unnecessarily complicated because open communication isn’t the standard.so here.....

TIMES YOU SHOULD COMMUNICATE WITH SOMEONE:

If you have a strong emotion that could a)effect how you are interacting with them in the moment b) be something they could help with c) be something they caused or they should be aware of for the future

If you just did anything sexual (check in on how things went/if they enjoyed themselves and get feedback for next time)

If you are worried about something they have control over

If something is bothering you

If you want to tell them something but are second guessing

If you think it’s something they should know

If they would want to know

Any other reason

Seriously guys this makes your life so much easier. Miscommunications and misunderstandings should not be so normalized. Talk to your friends! Talk to your partners!
