When done properly, in a good cage, you will be able to wear the device non stop. It will be become part of your being. Today, cages are cheap. Do not skimp out. buy a big enough ring that you are not woken by nightly erections. you cannot be a good partner if you are tired. your goal is to be able to stay in the cage for long stretches without being let out for hygiene.
